They greeted everyone who came in and was very personable like a neighborhood/community shop should feel like. Unlike some big named ship and mail business, I found this charming shop, so efficient, knowledgeable and with amazing service. She even answered all my questions regarding shipping a care package to Japan and waited for me to shop for their unique cards before ringing me up. What a great idea! So happy somebody decided to do it. My primary reason to try this place was to get some documents notarized. They were also able to mail it, fax it, and make a copy for me to take home. All in one! The store is small, with PO boxes lining 2 out of 3 walls. A huge printer I guess for banners. Scanners and fax machines. It's clean, good lighting, with a lot of paper around. It appeared only one lady was working in the morning. She was pleasant had that sense of "aloha" to her demeanor. So far I've only needed to visit this store for printing/copying, faxing or emailing documents. The price is decent and the location is convenient for me. Although I have my credit union nearby to get notaries, it's nice to know I can come here as well. I have inquired in the past about their mailbox service, but it came out to be pricier than what I currently pay at the local post office. The hours of this location are good. Parking is close. This business is truly a gem. Located at the Mililani Shopping Center next to First Hawaiian Bank. The workers are so helpful. They offer several services here. I have come here for mailing my packages and notary. There are different shipping options to choose from. You can even bring your things and they can package them for you. They also print out the mailing and return address. I also brought my advance directive for notarization. It was inexpensive and quick. Great customer service from everyone who works there. I found this place when I searched for the nearest FedEx drop off. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a wave by a woman, even though she was on the phone. In the next second, a gentleman that was In the back of the store also greeted me as he came out to help me. I did not prepare my package correctly and he took the time to explain everything and offered to make the corrections for me. We went in for a last minute notary and the service was amazing from the beginning. It was quick and easy. Staff was great and friendly.

During this holiday season, we've been doing a considerable amount of shopping online AND doing returns and exchanges. Aloha Ship and Pack handles returns through UPS and FedEx. It's so convenient, there's a lot of parking and the workers are so friendly and helpful. I had a slight problem doing an Amazon return through my phone app. The woman (so sad I didn't get her name) saw me fumbling with the app, and asked if I needed assistance. I handed her my phone, and she expertly worked her way through the process and generated my return label. She even printed out the shipping label and attached it to my package. Great service! This place is a hidden gem, right by the old first hawaiian bank Mililani. You have any returns fedex, ups and I believe usps, just go here. Parking is abundant, service is excellent. My return label was not legible so the owner had me email the Amazon sticker right there in store, and she printed a whole new one. great service asap read more

I over did shopping on my last visit to Oahu. There was about six grocery bags of snacks and clothes. Not wanting to lug all this stuff back home to Washington, I went with ASAP. The lady took my bags and packed it up in a box . 42lbs worth of stuff. 5 days later FedEx delivered to my door in Washington. It got better when my delivery person was Samoan and understood "Mahalo". Love it. Amazed that the 3 large bags of delicate shrimp chips were not smashed to smithereens!! I know you said it wouldnt get smashed and I didnt believe. Thank you, thank you! I also required a 50 page document to be copied. That was done with no problem. I was out of their shop in less than half an hour. Worth every penny. They are knowledgeable, skillfully efficient and cordial. These traits are rare to find these days and I'm extremely grateful to have walked into this shop on a whim. What luck! For a week I'd been dealing with people that don't know what is going on, w/poor communication skills (I understand pidgin fluently), half a$$, and can't count money if their life depended on it. They have a big selection of services: -Mailbox rentals -Shipping/Drop Off's: FedEx, UPS & USPS -Copying -Banner printing -Tshirt printing -Office supplies and more I came to ship a wedding gift to the mainland. Since I'm running late and needed the gift to be there yesterday, they gave me options depending on how much I wanted to spend. Ultimately I decided that since I was already late, 2 day service would be good. With all the traffic these days from town, having a mailing center open beyond the normal postal hours is ideal. Customer service needs a HUGE AMOUNTof work. I came and it looks like they are loading or moving stuff around. I was waiting for them to acknowledge me but they were busy attending to their work. Until worker saw me and all she said was "ohh". I then told her I'm just dropping off and she said "next day". Like okay?! Then I asked for a receipt and she looked like she was irritated doing it. For an example, I was going to return a pair of yoga pants in the same box I received the item in but she suggested using another packaging which saved us $10 for shipping. Stumbled upon this place when I picked up food from Rajanee one day but didn't have anything to ship at that moment. Came back this past Friday to utilize their services but called first to make sure my packaging was correct. They are really nice, friendly and helpful and that was just from my phone conversation with them. When I got to the store, they took all my packages with ease and asked if I weighed it correctly. She quickly checked one of the packages to be sure. I took the rest out and she stamped them with first class. Just an FYI, if you bring your amazon return packages here they are unable to scan the "print label" bar code like they do at the post office, UPS or FEDEX. She told me I had to cancel the return, do it again and choose email to a friend for her to print off the label. After printing the label she had to reopen my box to put the receipt inside (which is also not needed elsewhere) just hoping to save everyone some time! read more

My family made the decision to move to the mainland, and needed to be economical about it. We didn't take our furniture, and didn't have enough to fill/justify the price of a POD or professional moving company. We boxed all of our belongings ourselves and decided to ship through Aloha Ship and Pack. Everyone working there was kind and helpful, and worked with us to find the cheapest way to get our things where they needed to go. A few items were more valuable/fragile, so we had ASAP box them for us and we purchased insurance. Unfortunately, my KitchenAide stand mixer didn't survive the move. UPS denied the damage claim, saying the box wasn't good enough. I was prepared to have to fight to get a check since we'd purchased insurance and hadn't provided/packed the box ourself, but Shelly was two steps ahead and told me straight away not to worry about it, that they would take care of us. She cut us a check directly from ASAP and said she'll keep fighting UPS, but that it was HER fight, not mine, as they had never had an issue with their boxes before. I appreciated her honesty and integrity, especially in a world where there's so much corporate greed and fine print that can leave you high and dry when things go wrong. read more

This place is convenient for me!!! 2 minute walk from my house. Their a lot quicker than standing in the long lines at the post office. You might pay a little higher (sometimes I think that) but its worth it. They also can pack your stuff for you (not free of course, pay for the supplies). They will do their best to pack your stuff to save you money. Also, their nice compred to other family operated places. Actually, I'm assuming their family operated (I just have a feeling they are hahaha).
