100% NOT Recommend this Store. When I bought this vape, originally it was a green vape, I was asked to open it in the store, When I did, the cartridge was already leaking and it was a mess. They changed it, asked me to open the new one and he worked. Two days later the babe did not work anymore, that's not charge, and the tip had clogged and more than 50% of the vaping liquid leaked. I called them right away, asked him if I could get it exchange or a refund. They said that they would not issue any refunds or exchanges, I told them I was the same person that bought it on that day and that the Vape was leaking and they told me that I basically wasted my money and I could come in and buy another one, but they will not give me an exchange Even though they know their item was damaged. Do not bother buying stuff from here, go to another store Update: Owner contacted me and said for me to return to the store for store credit and a gift for my troubles. I calles today and the Lady that answer said "she had no information about it" ask me to leave my number and name so the owner can call me back on Thursday. The owner left that explanation here in the comments... it doesnt show now. He edited 18hrs later and erase everything. Why would you offer me to come and fix fhe issue and then you erase it? He didn't leave any instructions to the staff. Once again, the behavior and inconsistency is unwarranted. This is why I DO NOT recommend this place and be aware of it! Poor quality cut and wasted money. I came in for a decent haircut and sat down willing to wait a little while. The barber asked if I wanted a standard haircut. I agreed and she sent me to the back portion of the shop for a cut. Biggest mistake ever! Her counter area and tools looked very aged. The barber also took out a folding razor blade for closer cuts. I think the blade safety protocols need to be inspected. Uneven cut and difficult to convey my cutting needs. Never coming back! read more

Great value. Attention to detail. Prompt service. Good location. I came here for a beard trim and a haircut. Definitely the best of either that I've received on this island. It was also the least expensive and quickest. I stopped by on the way to work and was out the door in half an hour. $15 for a haircut. $5 for a beard trim with a buzzer. Next time I go I'll pay the $15 for a straight razor line up. read more

If I could, I would give this place a big fat ZERO! For them to treat me rudely is one thing, but to treat my 96 year old grandmother rudely is another thing entirely. Last week Tuesday 11/21/17 I took my grandmother in to get her hair permed. We came in 2 hours before closing and knowing the perms can take 1-2 hours, the first thing we asked if they could do it or if we should come back another time. They said that it was more than enough time to do the perm because her hair is short. Ok, so that's what did we stayed to get her hair permed. We were out the door before their closing time of 7pm. Fast forward to Saturday, 11/25/17, my grandmother's hair is back to being straight. I know it takes about 24-30 hours for hair to relax a bit after a perm but I've never seen it relax back to straight in a matter of 4 days. So we go back again today, 11/29/17 to get it fixed and this is where it goes downhill. We parked in front of the location and as we were walking to the shop the same lady who did my grandma's hair met us at the door. I guess she saw us through the window. When we got to the door, she wouldn't even let us in. At this point we have not said a word as to why we were there, before we could say anything she immediately got defensive and said "no, it still has some curl on the bottom". That was one signal that something was wrong. We then told her yes it still has some curls on the bottom but everywhere else is straight. We told her we're willing to pay the full price of $55 again. She then said "no it's not my fault", then pointed at my grandma and said "she must have showered and took the treatment off before it could set". In no way, shape, or form did we say it was her fault. Also my grandmother has had her hair permed countless times in the last 20+ years, so she knows how to care for perms. When we told her this, she then said " I made it like how she asked". I was there the first time we came and my grandma said she wanted tight curls and it was tight curls for about 2 days. It seemed like she was making excuses. We still didn't make it inside the salon, we are still outside. I asked her if this were your grandmother, and paid $55 only to have the perm go back to straight would you find this acceptable? she still refused to redo the perm even if we were willing to pay full price, so we decided to leave. As we turned around we heard the lady slam the door behind us. We didn't get the lady's name but I would not come back here again. Anyone looking for places to get their hair done should STAY AWAY from the place and the rude stylist. read more
