Shauna helps you feel comfortable and teaches you about the best brow shape for your face. Once you and her approve, then she gets to work quickly. Plan for at least a couple hours. She's very thorough too. There's an initial appointment and then you make a follow up appointment for brows. For brows, you have to make an appointment via text. Located in a hidden back area is the cutest place to get your lashes done! From the artwork on the walls to the fluffy pillows what's not like as soon as you walk in. I got my lashes done by Cam & I love them. I came into this knowing nothing about lashes. I thought there was either classic or volume. Who knew there would smaller details like what length, & what look. I had her decide what length would be good for me & Went with the open eye look since that seemed appropriate for my Asian eyes. Cam was very attentive asking if I was cold, needed a restroom break,etc. Yes,it does take a while but when you realize what this whole tedious process entails, you'll understand why. Went to this place bc the other lash place I usually go to was all booked up and I needed to get my lashes done before an event. Always wanted to try this place but thought their full sets were pretty pricey. But I regret not going to this place earlier!! Thought I could just get a fill bc I still had my other extensions on, but Shauna said she had to take it all off and restart, she tried to work around it but the other lash place doesn't glue it good I guess. Even though it took way longer than I thought, she still charged me a good price even WITH removing all my old ones. But I fell in love w/ this place seeing my lashes after!! She asks how you want it, how long, how curled, and you have a choice if you want it voluminous. I love my lashes super curled so I got the curliest they have (Try it! You won't regret it) Not to mention, she always asks if you're ever uncomfortable n offers a blanket if you get cold but I fell asleep twice bc it's so relaxing. SHAUNA is super sweet!
