I assumed they were just up front helping another customer. I was perusing and enjoying all of the precious baby clothes when a sales associate asked if I was still doing okay? Which threw me off a little because no one had helped me, yet. She was kind to take the items up front that I was carrying. I couldn't decide on a theme for my gifts, because there were so many cute things to choose from! So, when I went to checkout, I asked for help. That's when the magic happened. The two other sales associates up front helped me make decisions and we chatted. They made the whole experience better! I cannot wait to give my friend these gifts for her baby shower. I will definitely come back for baby gifts in the future. My one big suggestion is that their should be a welcome form employees when people walk through the door and warm customer service from the start of the shopping experience.

About three months ago, I qualified for new Infinio spheres, I was off island (Hawaii) but persuaded my provider (Ryan Himeda of Family Hearing Aid Center) to mail them to me. My new HA's were not much different from the last set I had. I was underwhelmed. When I finally got back to the island and visited Ryan, he made some changes that made a world of difference in my hearing quality. Just goes to show that HA pros really know how to adjust the HA's to suit the customer. Family Hearing Aid Center and in particular Mr. Ryan Himeda are the best.

One pair of 4T shorts is $98?! I got something here and was told that they only do credit and I said okay. When I looked at my recipe they overcharged me and still refuse to accept that they made a mistake. I don't argue with front desk not because it's not worth the bark, but workers making $14 an hour is not worth my spit as they don't even know how to pull the door instead of push with the sign there. They need to shut this front down and stop charging people $920 for one tank top you can get at Walmart for $2.50 never have I've had such worse experience in my ENTIRE LIFE. This really is the first place I've ever came across that is literally a front for something else and worse it's pretending to be a kids store. I came in to exchange or get a store credit for a gift I just received for my baby shower, I wasn't aware there was a receipt in the bag so I just gave the sales associate named "JIANAN" the box that had two brand new Kenzo baby onesie outfits inside. They were literally taken out of the box once to look at during the baby shower, So I wouldn't be rude to the person who gave them to me but I don't buy or but my baby in that brand so I knew I was going to go to the store as soon as I could to exchange or get store credit. As soon as I gave JIANAN the box he took out both the items that were clearly brand new with all tags still attached, They still even had the fold creases. But even then he proceeded to take one of the onesies and look at it extensively, Then he opened up the bottom part where the babies private area/ butt is and STUCK HIS WHOLE FACE AND NOSE into the onesie where the private parts go and then brought it back to the register table.... Not only was that the weirdest, Grossest thing I've ever seen, He then sticks his hand into MY SHOPPING BAG that had my other items I came in with from different stores and starts going through my receipts that weren't even for this store.... Once taking them back and looking into the bag myself for a receipt, I pull it out and hand it to him and he then tells me it's past the exchange date and there's nothing he can do... AFTER HE STUCK HIS WHOLE FACE AND SNIFFED THE WHOLE BABY OUTFIT. After I let him know what he did was absolutely unacceptable especially after he's now telling me I have to take this outfit back home, He threatens me not to get him mad.... He starts shouting and telling me I better not get him mad a bunch of other things I can't even tell you because it continued while I was walking out of the store... Their sales associate is disrespectful, Weird, I'm guessing perverted and literally threatened me. I know he probably would have acted different if my husband came in with me, But unfortunately for me I went in alone and had to deal with being harassed by a male employee alone. I literally cannot believe they have this person working at this mall, Especially this store. Me and my family always come here to buy gifts and spend so much money and we've have never had to exchange or return anything before but I'm grateful for this experience so I know to never give them my business again.
