I needed a gift for my dear friend's baby shower. I saw so many cute things in the window right when I parked. I was a little upset no one greeted me when I walked in. I assumed they were just up front helping another customer. I was perusing and enjoying all of the precious baby clothes when a sales associate asked if I was still doing okay? Which threw me off a little because no one had helped me, yet. She was kind to take the items up front that I was carrying. I couldn't decide on a theme for my gifts, because there were so many cute things to choose from! So, when I went to checkout, I asked for help. That's when the magic happened. The two other sales associates up front helped me make decisions and we chatted. They made the whole experience better! I cannot wait to give my friend these gifts for her baby shower. I will definitely come back for baby gifts in the future. My one big suggestion is that their should be a welcome form employees when people walk through the door and warm customer service from the start of the shopping experience. read more

Was excited to find that the store had a nice luxury stroller ($500 stroller btw) on their website in stock. Drove 35 minutes to go pick it up. When I came to pay, they asked me to come by the next day because the stroller was "in a warehouse around the corner" and they didn't want to pick it up for whatever reason. There were four employees in the small boutique store, and only a few customers that were perusing/asking questions about strollers. I let them know that I needed the stroller tomorrow and also that it would be really hard to drive in on a workday in traffic to grab it, but they still said they couldn't pick it up because they were too busy with other customers for the rest of the day (like what???)... I left and am planning on purchasing from another store. Baffled as to how they make sense of letting someone buying an expensive stroller with no fuss or questions walk out of the door. read more

While I really wanted to like this store and would've have been a long time customer because it does have very cute clothes I had a negative experience trying to exchange a gift my son received during the holidays. I would not recommend purchasing a gift from here as the return policy is only 2 weeks and they are not very understanding about it. My son was gifted clothing that was too small. As most moms would probably agree, it is not easy for us to be able to pop in for a return and this store had very little understanding of this. read more

We were gifted clothing from Lil Baby Sprouts and honestly, it's ruined us for every other kids' clothing store. The quality is just on another level -- and the muslin pieces especially are something else. Insanely soft, the kind of soft that makes you understand why babies hate anything less. Against delicate skin it's a total no-brainer. And the durability? Wash after wash after wash -- colours still pop, stitching still holds, no pilling, no shrinking, no sad fading. We've kept everything we've bought here. Not because we're hoarders -- because we genuinely can't bring ourselves to throw any of it away. It's all too nice. I've visited Little Sprouts about three times now while testing out different strollers, and every time Emily has been an absolute standout. She is incredibly knowledgeable about their entire stroller selection, especially the Nuna, Cybex, and UPPAbaby lines. Emily took the time to walk me through all the conversions and adapters in detail, and she gave me hands-on training so I could feel confident operating each stroller myself. She was attentive, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Shopping for baby gear can feel overwhelming, but Emily made the experience smooth and reassuring. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this shop. I called to ask if they had any Jellycats in stock, and the person on the other end simply told me to check the website. When I tried to ask about a specific item, she interrupted me, repeated "check the website," and then hung up. I understand they probably get a lot of inquiries specific to jellycats, but that level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. To make matters worse, their website is filled with "sold out" items, and there's no way to sort by what's actually in stock. After this interaction, I will never spend my money here. To top it off, half the reviews on here mention poor customer service and it looks like they have done nothing to rectify this he rude employee(s). Do better. read more

The first visit I had at this store, I was shopping for my cousin who was expecting. I didn't know much about babies then but I am going to be a first time mom so my experience this time around was a bit different ! I was shopping for boy clothes & if you know well in general there is going to always be more selection for girls than boys so sometimes you gotta get creative. I was excited to come here because I like how this is a boutique & doesn't have run of the mill items you can get in any baby aisle at any store. After looking around I was a bit disappointed - about 70% of the clothing is for a girl. I did end up buying a pair of pants that felt very nice but was expecting to see more selection in boy items. I loved the selection of books & other items in the back of the store. I am unsure if I would visit again if I was shopping for a boy. The girls selection was lovely & so was the owner. read more

We purchased two Clek Foonf car seats and were delighted by the store owner's service. Our child is turning 2 years old in a few days. I telephoned this morning asking for some help making one of the seats forward facing. The person answering the phone was distinctly uninterested as if she couldn't be bothered, saying it would be a $40 charge. I did not think this was a big ask at all, after buying two expensive car seats from this store. Certainly not the way to generate goodwill or build a lasting customer relationship as my child grows up. read more

My husband and I love Li'l Baby Sprouts! We're expecting our first baby (a little girl!) and have already been to this store multiple times. Not only do they have a great selection of adorable clothes (for girls and boys), as well as toys and books, but they also have an amazing selection of car seats and strollers to choose from. We recently bought our Nuna car seat and stroller from this store. The owner was SO incredibly helpful and took the time to go over the differences in each type to help us make the right decision for us. Bad and rude service,,, my wife and I purchased black Nuna Mix next stroller for our newborn child from the store and the price was $850 , after two days my wife told me that she saw the same stroller with the same color on their website and the price was $800 !! , I went to their store and show them the picture of the stroller in their website and the price , and ask them to give me the difference of the $50 between the price in their store and the price in their website, but the lady told that they cannot give refund cause the transaction it's already made and they can give me a $50 gift card instead!!!! , I told them that I don't need a gift card and I prefer to get the difference back to my credit card, but the lady didn't accept that !!and told me with rude way that the gift card is my only choice!!! , it was very bad experience and I'll never go back or recommend my friends about this rude people. read more

Li'l Baby Sprouts is my favorite baby store. The owner (Fanak) and team (Alex and others) are just fabulous and so helpful in every way -- they go above and beyond to service clients and even put my whole registry together! They held over $2K of items in the backroom in anticipation of my shower which was months away and never called to ask if/when I would buy the items. That is unheard of! They coordinated on every gift and even wrapped/delivered presents for the shower. They carried everything to my car and even installed the car seats after they were bought. Just so thoughtful. Beyond that, they have the best selection of clothes, equipment, car seats, etc., where I know they do such diligent research on every item and I trust them immensely. The clothes are such high quality and just the cutest! And, if they don't have an item, they will gladly order. I wouldn't go anywhere else to shop for my baby's needs. I've been shopping at Li'l Baby Sprouts for over 5 years. I always find the perfect gifts and clothing when I shop there. When I found out I was pregnant with my third baby this past September I started looking at car seats, strollers and bassinets on line. It had been 4 years since I had a baby and all the gear had changed so much, it was overwhelming. I went into Lil' Baby Sprouts to ask some questions. Fanak, the owner, welcomed me with open arms and a wealth of information. She spent hours with me showing me all the options and possibles when it came to strollers, car seats and bassinets. She ordered everything I wanted and literally carried out and put the boxes in my car when the pieces started arriving over the next few months. Lil' Baby Sprouts is the only store I need to shop for all my babies and kids needs. I popped in a few weeks ago as my 4 year old needed a new scooter. There is nothing Lil' Baby Sprouts doesn't have!! I didn't even mention the clothes she carries!!!! Everything is cute!! Cute stuff, but if I'm going to shop at a boutique, I want to feel welcomed. The girl working today @ 1:30pm didn't even acknowledge me. My toddler and I walked to the back and were just checking things out. Not once did she check on us or ask if we need anything. Lack of interpersonal and communication skills. On our way out, I thanked her - no response. So maybe she didn't hear me - I spoke louder and said, "Thanks for having us." She barely made a peep back and hardly any eye contact. I felt like I was bothering her. I'm sorry, but if this is who you have representing your company, then you should definitely reconsider. I've shopped at this baby store for almost 4 years now (both for my own toddler and for gifts). They have a really great selection baby clothes and toddler clothes, feeding accessories, toys & books. Everything is really great quality. Some of the items can be a little pricier, but obviously this is a small boutique and not target, so I know that walking in. What an amazing place! I found Lil'Baby Sprouts about 18 months ago after I received a very generous shower gift from one of my mother in laws friends(we are talking 25 outfits plus accessories). My son could never have worn them all and some were not my taste or season appropriate. I stopped in right away with the items to return and had a super smooth experience. The owner Fanak, helped us pick out the best baby items for my sons arrival even if we didn't purchase all of them from her. She is super up to date on safety and quality standards and gives the best suggestions. We now shop here for most of my sons clothing, gifts and gear. We have always received the best service from Fanak, Alex and Marisa. I have called and stopped in with an urgent need; an hour before family pictures needing and outfit, when my friend delivered 5 weeks early and needed a coming home outfit for a preemie and 30 minutes before close in need of a suite for my 6 month old for a wedding. Every time was a success and the ladies went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. They even offer free pets to our dog who loves to come along.
