I had an extremely disappointing experience with Water's Edge Dermatology…read more Four weeks ago, Kristen, the manager in the Jupiter office, scheduled me for a surgical procedure in the Port St. Lucie office with Anna Iskander. The appointment was confirmed multiple times, including one week before and again four days before the procedure. On the day of my appointment, I drove nearly three hours round trip, took time off from work, checked in on time, paid my copay, and waited 37 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was then taken to an exam room and told to wait another 10 minutes before an administrator informed me that my appointment had been scheduled "by mistake" because Anna Iskander was not even in the office that day. I was simply told there was nothing they could do. I immediately called the Jupiter office and spoke with Kristen, only to receive what I felt were misleading explanations instead of accountability or a sincere apology. At no point did anyone demonstrate empathy for the time, expense, and inconvenience they had caused. This experience reflects an organization that appears to prioritize volume over patient care. The scheduling was disorganized, the communication was poor, and the customer service was among the worst I have experienced in a medical practice. I cannot recommend Water's Edge Dermatology. If you value professionalism, organization, and respect for your time, I would encourage you to seek care elsewhere.

I make a yearly apt. with her for a check up and when I get there it is switched to the PA. I told them the last time and today when I make an apt. a year out with a doctor I want to see a doctor because that is what they are charging for the visti. The office manager told me the switch was on my confirmation email and I pulled up the email and it was not. I guess they have enough new patients they do not need the ones who have been there from the begining. Beware that they have a new policy the office manager told me and they want all the staff to see you so when you make an appoitment with one doctor you will probaply not get them.
