When I reached out to schedule the service it went smoothly; however, when I asked about the information of the drywall installer this is when things took a turn. I was not responded to and had to follow-up multiple times. I then wrote the team to note it was frustrating to have to follow-up so much on a crucial part of the work. For some reason using the word "frustrating" apparently was not seen as polite and I was labeled rude. I tried to explain my view point but was prompted to cancel my appointment. I really wouldn't recommend using this business because it's quite unprofessional the response I received, and I also find it alarming that a customer can't voice a viewpoint. I think businesses should be open to feedback and work with clients to reach a solution or at least acknowledge the viewpoint especially if it is factual. My main concern with this business is I can't imagine needing to solution with them if something goes wrong on the job site. The team feels inflexible, insensitive, and unprofessional. There are a million and one service agents in Atlanta, I'd keep searching and not utilize this team. Customers deserve to have a professional communication dialogue.

That's $1183 total, before any work was actually done to resolve the clog (because it would involve going under slab). I found out after getting estimates from 5 other local plumbers that they do not charge for line location; that it's seen as standard and part of the job--you don't cut through slab without making sure where the lines are. I'm not sure if the plumber was aware of this but I wrote an email to explain what I found and asked for a credit. I am following up on the email and will leave this here because currently this reflects my sadness and disappointment at what happened. To be fair--Britt responded quickly to the call, and was very good about following up--and he did a reasonable quote for the slab work/replacement portion. However I just couldn't figure out why he would charge me so much for locating the line if that's something other plumbers are not charging extra for, especially such a high amount. As a new homeowner I didn't know and I was overcome with panic so I just paid it. I will update this review if they refund me.

Hampton Restoration comes out and attempts to file a fraudulent claim with my homeowners insurance for $20,000. Turns out I didn't have a plumbing problem. My carpet was wet because I had a hole in my roof. Atlanta plumbing lied because they were in on the fraud attempt. The fraud didn't work. I got my roof fixed and the carpet is now dry.

I did not make this rule, I have been in hospitality industry for a very long time, it stinks but we all have to deal with it. I had had a previous bad experience with them where they charged me over $600 to run a camera to the toilet where they misdiagnosed the issue. I hired another plumbing company to deal with the REAL issue. Because I had had a negative experience with them already, I called another plumbing company to repair the gas leak - Reliable is professional and in integrity. When I tried to seek resolution from the owner Matt Zurn, he was completely disrespectful and insulting. I would steer away from this unprofessional company at all costs. They are not to be trusted.

It only showed the total cost of $1252. I called about the breakdown and discovered the price to install a toilet that I provided was $750! idk but this seemed extreme.
