I had a an emergency today (my heat went out), a Saturday, and the on call technician (Anthony) came out quickly and was very thorough in checking everything out and ultimately found the problem. The house is now heating back up. I had a similar emergency years ago when my water heater burst and they were equally responsive and helped me also get a clean up crew out. In April they came out and installed the Kohler, I had purchased a new rubber replacement flange, so no wax. I was told to have the installation guarantee they had to use their flange & gasket. This April installation was $397. So, I was surprised in September when water was dripping into my basement. I called them back; they said the flange had cracked. They replaced everything again and instead of fixing the problem they just inserted a rubber connector (see pix). This visit cost $636. So a total of over $1,000 to install my new Kohler toilet that I purchased in my 30-year-old house that should have been done correctly on the first visit for $397.
