We've been using this dry cleaner since we moved here almost 3 years ago and have never had an issue. The staff is always friendly. They do charge extra if you use a credit card, but I always forget to bring cash. Their prices are definitely higher than what we paid in Charlotte, but it's so close to our house and I haven't tried calling around to check on other prices. Their services are reasonably priced, and they were kind enough to have my wedding dress, cleaned and preserved. It came in a beautiful box with a wonderful bust. It took an only little longer than expected, but I appreciated the care they took into making it perfect. Well worth the wait, no regrets at all! I love love love this place. I started going here about 2 years ago when I moved into the metrowest area. I don't actually get my clothes dry cleaned but I do come here when I need alterations done. The first time I went was to have a zipper replaced and I was very happy with the service. My zipper was originally one color and they called me to make sure it was okay to use a different colored zipper before doing it. This service costed $20 and i felt like that was a fair price. Most recently I took in garment to have some length trimmed off the strap and it was ready in 2 business days. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable and I will be a loyal customer so long as I live in the area. read more

Ill admit it, I don't have much need for a dry cleaner. I don't wear a suit to work or require shirts to be pressed much. I do have a little OCD habit that will not allow me to have the bottom of my pants touch the ground. Since I'm not cool enough to have a stylist that will teach me how to cuff my jeans and not look like I'm having a early to mid 90's tight rolled jeans flashback, I spend $9 and have them altered. Ive had numerous pairs of pants hemmed here and every time they are correct and returned pressed and on time. I'm here to tell you about my bad experience with Golden Touch Dry Cleaners aka Nathoo, Inc at 2453 S HIAWASSEE ROAD ORLANDO, FL 32835. I went to drop off my dress to be dry cleaned on Saturday 3/30/19 11:15am. There was a young girl who was at the front taking my information. She asked me for my phone number a few times and i clearly repeated it to her each time. I get my dry cleaning pick up ticket, and my phone number is incorrect. I show her that the dress has a scarf that is part of the dress which is attached to it and to make sure nothing happens to it. I go to pick up my dress on Tuesday 4/2/19 at 11:45am. The 2 girls at the front who were different than the girl who originally took my order on Saturday, hung my dress for me to inspect it. I IMMEDIATELY notice that the scarf that was ATTACHED TO MY DRESS (meaning it is part of the dress) was MISSING. The girl at the front went to the back and found my scarf. I told her that they had NO RIGHT disassembling the scarf from my dress. I showed her where they took off the scarf from the dress which was sewed into the dress by design. She then brought out a guy who claimed to be the manager. He denied that they disassembled it from my dress. He claimed that it came off during the cleaning process. To me, that tells me that they did not keep close watch on my item when cleaning it. If they did, then why was my scarf not with my dress? Why was something that was attached by design to my dress, now unattached? Why would you be claiming that it must've came off of the dress during the dry cleaning? If you did watch over my dress closely, why didn't you call me to inform me about the scarf "coming off" when you noticed it during the cleaning? These are the things that had me upset, because I trusted this cleaning company. The "manager" who they said his name was "Juan", would not make the issue right. I told him to check the cameras to show that i clearly showed the girl on Saturday that it was part of the dress and spoke with her about it. He didn't want to do that. Instead he claimed that the scarf was a separate item from the dress and said I'm lucky they didn't charge me for it as a second item. I ended up paying the full price of the ticket and as the manager walked to the back, him and his staff laughed. To everyone in the Orlando/MetroWest area, this is advice to think very carefully before going here. Anyone daring to do business with this company, I would highly advise that you take video evidence of your items before and during the entire drop off process and have them on tape the entire time during pick up. I, and all of my family & friends will never use this place again. read more

Took my suit to dry clean, they broke all the buttons (and I mean all) and did not even offer a partial refund to make up for it. They were able to recognize that the type of buttons on sight were not suitable for dry cleaning when I showed them the damage, but they could not recognize it prior putting it through the machines? The worst part is they tried to do a shoddy glue work of the buttons prior to my arrival for pickup and were not even going to notify me of it. I luckily checked the suit prior to leaving. Cost me triple the dry cleaning fee to replace all the buttons. All they would tell me is that it wasn't their responsibility. Will be the last time I take any of my clothes to these cleaners. Buyer beware: check your clothes prior to leaving, they will not notify you of the damages they do and will most likely be "unable to do anything about it." read more

Not only is this one of the most affordable cleaners in the MetroWest area but the staff goes above and beyond with a great desire to meet the customers needs. Drop off and pick up is always a breeze with Golden Touch. I believe that it is a family business, and even if it's not, they make sure the customer leaves feeling like family. Orders are always available for pick up quickly and always come back in better condition than the items were initially dropped off. Of course, I have brought in my array of business attire: suits, shirts, pants, etc and always left raving about how wonderful they look. Just this week, we dropped off a large order: sofa seat covers, decor pillow covers, specialty throws, and even a broken decor pillow for repair. All of that was ready for pick up within 48 hours. All in all, as always, my items were returned to me in better condition than when dropped off. Our family will be there customers for life! read more

This is not my usual cleaners but the place was convenient to find. It's in Publix shopping plaza off of Hiawasse in MetroWest. Prices are just what I expected for work dresses. The other places within a 2 mile radius are charging almost the same. What a hidden gem of a full service dry cleaners! We had a pair of pants that had a tricky fix / need (shredded hemlines) and their alterations did a magic trick ! First time there I went with a coupon for 50% off cleaning as a first time customer. When I tried to use the coupon they declined me and told the coupon expired and it covered dry cleaning only. The coupon did not have any expire date they were very rude about it and did not honor it, The girl working in the front was unsure but the owner did not even offer some sort of discount to compensate for there false advertising no expiration date coupon. HORRIBLE SERVICE, FALSE ADVERTISING, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE.
