I've had a contract (their Premium 365 service) with Reliant Termite & Pest Control since March 2021 and so far they've always been prompt, professional, proactive in scheduling each quarterly service call and I've not had a single complaint. Until.... I was supposed to have a quarterly service back in late February but I never heard from them, which was odd as they've always been proactive, so I called them (2-26). It went to VM but I couldn't leave a VM because their mailbox was full. The few times I needed to call them for something that never happened so this was a first. Since then I've called eight times (I have the call long on my phone as proof) and their VM is full and it disconnects. Which begs the question: Is this company still in business??? Side note: Their Crowley office is a little over a mile from where I live so it's no big deal to drive by while I'm out running errands, which I did a couple weeks ago. This was around 10:30 AM or thereabout and there were two company trucks parked in front of the building and the office door was locked. Having never been to their office before I don't know if this is normal but when you take into account that phone calls go to VM which is full, it does make you wonder if they are still in business. read more

I only gave two stars. Hopefully in the very near future, I can bump it up to 3, 4, or 5. today is the third time they technician was supposed to come to my house. The first time the technician showed up and I had to get my animals out of the house. Now I have three bearded dragons, two cats, and a dog. That's not an easy task to do. I only get them out but find something to do with all of them. Did it the first time. The technician calls me after I've been gone maybe 10 minutes and tell me that he has bad news. I did not get things out of the cupboard and the cabinets in the kitchen. I was not informed to do so. So we had to reschedule. no big deal miscommunication. Rescheduled the appointment only to be called an hour before he supposed to be there this time to be informed he's not gonna make it. Syd his phone completely died had to get another one, etc. etc. Said I would hear from the office to reschedule, I called the office and rescheduled again. My appointment was today Saturday at 2 PM. The office called me yesterday to confirm the appointment. By 2 o'clock I have three lizards two cats and a dog in my vehicle again. 3 o'clock rolls around no technician. I call. No answer office is closed on Saturdays. So here I sit in my vehicle with three lizards two cats and a dog not very happy to say the least. Now when I first set up my appointment I opted for the premium. I paid half upfront for the year. I almost wish I wouldn't have done that. I just need these fleas, spiders etc etc gone. my house is still tore up all of the dishes out of the cabinets all of the food out of the pantry, etc. etc. and I can't get a hold of anyone until Monday at least. I hope this company does something for me some kind of compensation or something. To be as understanding as I possibly can and as flexible as I possibly can, hopefully this gets fixed somehow someway. There's good and bad. There's alot I would have done differently. I am still a customer so take that as you will. I'm not happy with them today but I am willing to give them more opportunities to make things right. I hope that I can count on better service moving forward. At the end of the day you want a company that will do what they say they will. kill the bugs. Remove the pests. That's their business. Here is the full review. Later that day the tire came off while I was on the highway. I called the shop and they brought a new tire out to the highway and put it on my car. I gave them a poor review. Why would I do that? We have used Reliant for the past several years for scheduled general service as well as scheduled quarterly service from time to time. Yesterday however we had an immediate need and weren't scheduled at all. We've been doing some remodeling and when part of the trim around the fire place was removed a nest of carpenter ants started pouring out. It was surprising & frightening to say the least. I called Reliant immediately and spoke with Lisa explaining our situation and begging for someone to come out ASAP. She was very empathetic and said she would do whatever she could as fast as she could, but there were no tech's in our area BUT she would stay on top of it. Long story short... After much persistence Lisa located a tech/rep finishing an appointment in Granbury (we are in Arlington) and asked him to track back to our home as fast as he could. Along with Lisa and LRL (tech/rep), they promptly handled our unexpected situation within a couple of hours and made us all feel quite relieved and rather quickly considering not having an appointment.
