The food was delicious! It tasted very authentic which was nice. I had the chicken gorditas and they tasted fresh and full of flavor. The margarita was also so good but my favorite was the michelada. It had a good kick! I love the outdoor seating area and there is also seating inside. I would definitely be back again next time I'm in Newberg!

I ordered the day's specialty, Sam's Tacos--three freshly handmade tortillas filled with shrimp, bacon, and steak, served with a delicious spicy peanut sauce. Every bite was savory, flavorful, and completely worth the wait. Since everything is made fresh to order, don't expect your meal to arrive immediately. However, the quality more than makes up for the extra time. You can really taste the freshness and care that goes into each dish. My friend ordered the huevos rancheros and thoroughly enjoyed her meal as well. The portions are generous, and we both left feeling full and satisfied. Kopitos is tucked away in downtown Newberg, making it a fun little hidden gem. I noticed they advertise live music, so it's probably a great spot to visit in the late afternoon or evening. They also have plenty of outdoor seating, which would be perfect on a warm, sunny day. There is limited parking in front of the restaurant, but street parking is available nearby. I highly recommend Kopitos if you're in or around the Newberg area. Fresh, flavorful food, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere make it well worth a visit!

Weekdays is Brunch until 2pm and has some nice options both on the breakfast and lunch side of things. Honestly, you'll never go wrong with a burger and [amazing] fries here but pretty much everything is good and there is of course a GREAT wine list and whatever cocktail you might want. Dinner has both a prix fixe and a la carte option, on a recent dinner visit my party of 6 did a la carte and the food was generally good. Wagyu tartare was under-seasoned but my other friend is still talking about how perfect the grilled pork loin main course was. Shrimp aguachile was a hit while the hazelnut crusted lamb was good if not great. Service was fantastic, I understand there may have been some turnover recently but on a couple recent experiences I have found servers to be very good. I understand the restaurant may have an "interim" Executive Chef for the moment but quality was still good on recent visits and the ambience & service were still great. The Allison will rarely disappoint, and Jory is still an amazing option for dining in the Willamette Valley. Well done as always.

The steak was Australian A4 cooked perfectly, eggs over easy were spot on Eggs benedict were also top notch. The restaurant has a great ambiance, and the service staff were excellent. Also worth pointing out the kitchen has an open view to see whats going on, nothing to hide. Very impressed. The only minus was the food took a little longer to arrive than I expected. But they did cook it to perfection and the wait staff kept us informed on the progress from the kitchen Definitely a place I am visiting again. Also worth mentioning, the resort is beautiful with interesting sculptures and amazing artwork on display

We are glad it was the Newbergundian Bistro. We had to start with a Croissant. It was very flavorful, but it was bit soft, not the perfect crunch that we love. The fresh squeezed grapefruit juice made an excellent greyhound. The Bistro had my favorite...Escargot as a special. WOW. So good. We then shared the Potato Croquettes. The accompanying fondue was so good to dip the Croquettes into. We finished with a Ham and Brie Sandwich that was excellent, accompanied by crisp and hot french fries. My wife had the Grilled Five Cheese Sandwich with Mixed Greens. She loved it. Traci was terrific and helped us throughout the meal.

We started at the bar, which was not comfortable for my mom but eventually we were able to sit on the patio which was great. Potato croquet appetizer - yummy. The cheese, pickle, mustard and croquettes go together as one perfect bite. I got the open face Ruben. It was delicious. I tried the grilled cheese which my sister got too - yummy, but there's a sticky cheese on there that I didn't love. Greens that came with all items were weird. Didn't eat them - don't know what they were.
