Oh Choza Choza Choza. I wanna LOVE you guys, but it's just a like. We went on a Friday evening and it was busy (expected). We didn't have to wait super long though, about 15 mins. We were seated and promptly served chips and salsa which was yummy. The restaurant is LOUD when it's busy so you'll be yelling to hear each other. The layout is kinda interesting...it's just one large room with a bunch of tables. Then the open kitchen and bar to the side (separated by a wall). We got the carne asada fries to share and these were delicious. 9/10. Huge portion too! For my son, he got the ceviche. It's just shrimp, would be cool if they added more seafood. Dish was $25+. He said it was an 8.5/10. I got the garlic butter shrimp enchiladas, also for $25. Like why is everything so overpriced. For the quality / taste, def not worth $25. The enchiladas were just okay. Our waitress and the staff were nice, no problems there. The house made horchata is deliciousssss.

Happened to stumble this place in Bridgeport village as I was looking for some vegan and vegetarian options while I was in the Tualatin area. We sat outside on the small 3 person tables along the sidewalk as it was a beautiful evening. Parking is free nearby in the parking garage. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and confirmed our food choices were truly vegan or vegetarian. The menu was a bit confusing because some item were listed as vegetarian but they gave no vegan notation, so we had to confirm our food choices. We got the chilaquiles nachos style large order but it was plenty for sharing for the three of us. The nachos were delicious and beautiful presentation. We also got chips and salsa. Note that the first basket is free and there is a charge for subsequent ones.

I ordered the Carnitas Taco (3 stars) and Asada Taco (2 stars). I liked the filling portion of the tacos that I'm glad I only ordered two tacos. I've had better and more flavorful versions of each one elsewhere. I didn't like the salsa that was on the side. The service was 4 stars, and they were very nice. It's kid friendly with high chairs and crayons. It seemed to get busy during a weekday lunch. The menu had a lot to offer that I would maybe return to try something else.

Came here after some shopping. Was seated right away at 2pm, reaturant was pretty full. They give you complementary chips and salsa which was good! I got the carne asada entree that comes with rice, beans and guacamole. The guac did look brown and old which wasn't great so I didn't eat that but the food itself was very good

It was a great spot to find in Bridgeport. The place is very spacious and welcoming. The food was amazing, I am still recovering from the food coma from lunch. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful in explaining more about the dishes. I picked a dish based on the waitress suggestion and it was spot on good and quite filling. There is a general area and also bar area with few more taller tables & chairs. There is a good big menu so everyone can find something, you can't leave this place leaving hungry. The menu also has options for vegan & gluten free, mocktails and real alcohol. We got chips & salsa and also a side of guacamole, which were all good. We had a table next to the window, with lots of daylight and people watching on the street.

Great bar with friendly service. The interior of this restaurant is cute and the service here is so friendly and sweet. Quesadilla was fire.

Anchovies are not suitable for vegetarians.

What a baffling menu. A salad with anchovies in it is listed as vegetarian while the meat-free watermelon salad is not marked vegetarian. How could anyone with dietary restrictions trust anything in this restaurant? It's easy enough to read through with the salads but is there lard in the tortillas? Chicken stock in the sauces? I couldn't trust those answers from a restaurant that thinks fish is vegetarian.

Stopped in for a quick bite and enjoyed it a lot! The service was really outstanding and everyone was very accommodating. The ambiance has some nice elements but isn't over the top in terms of originality... but do people really come for that part anyway? I ordered some tacos and they were legit. The corn tortillas were fresh and warm, and the guacamole was not too salty or bland... just right. A little bit more on the expensive side for this caliber of family restaurant, but that seems to be more and more common these days. Still a pretty solid meal with good portions if you're looking for reliably good Mexican cuisine in busy Bridgeport Village.

The food was great! Showed up right as happy hour was happening. Ordered a lot of food but as a family of 6 get together couldn't go wrong with any of the food. The service was great. Checked on us multiple times. Polite staff. No wait time. Slow during 3pm. The price was great as well. Portions were perfect. Environment Sami loud music, but good for eating. Outside seating also a plus! Right across from the movie theater. They also have Bar seating as well. Happy Hour 3pm-6pm Monday-Friday.

Top: chili verde bowl. Bottom: fish bowl.

We had the bowls - chili verde and fish. I liked the way the fish was grilled and will be back to try their fish tacos. The chili verde was on the spicy side, but flavorful. Loved the skinny margarita. Menu is marked for vegan and gf. Service was quick & friendly. Has a trendy Mexican vibe.

A friend and I met at Choza and decided to stay as we saw their happy hour specials. We first sat in the dining area and ended up moving to the bar as the specials we saw outside were just in the bar. The waitress didn't seem too happy to move us. We ended up moving our own items over and got situated. Our waiters seemed like they were nice, especially once we decided on our orders. My friend is sensitive to gluten and had a few questions. Some of the items he asked about said they were gluten-free on the menu, but the servers told us they were not. This happened a couple of times, and so my friend ended up getting a couple of chicken tacos. I got the street quesadillas and a side of refried beans. Wow, and wow again! Our food was delicious! I like how the quesadillas were made. They were individually wrapped and stuffed with tons of pull able cheese, acocado, and poblano peppers. Everything came together so well, and I loved that it was topped with lettuce, crema, and cojita cheese. Omg! Every bite was amazing, and I loved the price. To wash it all down, I got their berry margarita that was not super sweet and had tons of flavor. One is enough, so keep that in mind! Minus one star for the service as the staff needs to be a little more knowledgeable about the items and that they can not guarantee their drinks or food can be gluten free--even if they say they are. It's okay if they do not know or can not guarantee it. I would come back for another margarita and their street quesadillas. The chips and salsa were fabulous as well. The chips were crispy, and the salsa had a nice kick to it, which made sropping myself from eating more very difficult. I'm so glad there are to go boxes!

Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. We were a group of eight! Chips and salsa were yummy. All of us enjoyed our meals. My barbacoa burrito was very good and my husband ordered roasted vegetables with beans and rice. We would go there again when we are visiting Portland. Kids enjoyed watching sports on TV.

    Steak fajitas, chicken enchiladas, margaritas.

Well presented dishes. The garnish with the enchiladas made it very fresh and the chicken was flavorful. Steak fajitas that had a good amount of peppers and not just onions. Drinks were well made and refreshing with the food!

This place is not that; it's massive, dark and loungey, clean and new and modern, and littered with literally dozens of screens of every size imaginable, with a diverse menu and a very solid happy hour (and a deep collection of spirits). It's almost more of a restaurant, despite the fact that they claim to be brewery (their beer list is not that impressive and it's mostly their own stuff). Then again this is the 'burbs, hence the huge space, mini-mall location, ample parking, and excellent service -- we counted 4 servers for the half-full restaurant. This place I almost snagged a full 5 stars. Demerits for a somewhat generic corporate-y feel in the aesthetics, but that doesn't mean we won't be back.

I'm utterly embarrassed that I recommended it. Whoever the manager working yesterday was must be new-ish, but whoever that is, he was riding a massive high horse and made it abundantly clear he hates animals (especially after reading similar complaints). We were accompanied by a working service dog who was completely quiet & perfectly behaved, as a service dog is trained to do. That didn't stop this manager from strutting over to our table TWICE to harass my friend. First making up nonexistent issues about where the dog was & saying she couldn't be on the table (OBVIOUSLY ). She was in a sling at our friends side till she put her on the ground. He then came back with his phone to show us BS fake Oregon "laws." He genuinely sounded really uneducated towards the person that actually had the proper documentation. I don't know why he even tried to argue that with the document in hand... Mind you, the dog didn't make a single peep or disturb anyone around us. He then proceeded to cross a massive legal boundary by asking my friend's personal medical disability the second time he came over. You do NOT get to interrogate people about their private health conditions. This actually caused her distress with her condition, she left us with her card so we could close her tab. The ONLY saving grace of this meal was the waitstaff & girls who helped us. They were fantastic, attentive & incredibly apologetic for their manager's ridiculous behavior. They deserve 5 stars, but unfortunately management earns this place a solid 1. My suggestion is, Mr. High & Mighty needs serious reeducation on service animal laws before he lands G-Man in legal trouble. Side note: If you hate dogs. I don't trust you.
