We had no idea if this one was still open when we drove here but took the chance thinking we would drive to Spokane if needed. We had to drive four hours to this location. When we arrived there were a few people in front of us. We waited an hour due to staff saying they needed the out of state doctor to fax the order even though it was in their computer and we had the order with us. If someone answered the phone we could have asked questions on what was needed...Once I got in Sara (usually works in Spokane) drew my blood and was great. She found my vein right away and explained why they couldn't get our paperwork...She explained that this office just opened this week and had been moving so that maybe the reason no one answered the phone due to change over. She also said since our Doctor was from California they could see an order was in the system but can't see it. So after this long review the service was good but I marked them down for not answering the phones.

I went to my Dr's office in the same bldg. and told them what's going on. A nurse went back to the Lab with me to ask what's going on, the lady at the desk said oh I'm sorry for the confusion! So not only did I not get seen, but now I have to get to another Lab asap because the Dr. needs my results by next weeks appt. I will never go here again!!

His foot was bleeding profusely when we went in and the foot was wrapped in a towel. He is elderly and had a hip replacement 2 wks ago. Also is a diabetic and a bleeder. At the desk, they were more concerned with checking to make sure we could pay rather than check the bleed. They went through detailed information, asking if he still took some meds, several of which he had taken only 1 time 20 yrs back. I understand the need to check records but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know the most important thing is to stop the bleed. There were at least 5 people working and only 1 patient. Although we were grateful for Samantha's cleaning and bandaging, overall we didnt feel totally confident of the judgement of the heavily tattooed staff.
