If I could give zero Stars for This horrible dentist office I would.
Let's start from the very first beginning,
I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and x-rays for my husband.
He went there got his teeth cleaning done and received an estimate for teeth plan for $9000!!!!!!!
When he asked to get the estimate by paper they didn't want to give him nothing and he went to two different doctors after the visit with Alpha dental office and both of the doctors told him you have nothing to do and his teeth in a perfect condition he bought the package that gave him two teeth cleaning and x-rays for free and all the Package cost him $129 so I called them and ask if I can do the second teeth cleaning and she told me yes.
So I showed up today took a babysitter for my newborn spent two hours for nothing!
I first entered to the office they did for me the x-rays and I've been waited 40 minutes for the doctor to come inside the room ( put 4 different patients in different room and going back and force from each other so prepare to wait a while)
After the 40 minutes he stepped in the room without even check my gums or check the situation of my teeth the first thing he ask it's when was the last time I got a deep cleaning I didn't understood his question cause he didn't even opened my mouth so I told him I got it on August 2018 so he started to pack all the table and took the paper that cover my chest and just told me that the front lady will come and explain everything to me., I was so confuse and ask him"so can we get a regular teeth cleaning now, and get the deep cleaning after that?"
He got so impatient and didn't even bother to answer . Just told me "she will explain you!!!!"and I ask again, if I can do the regular one today Since I am here and talk about the deep one about scheduling an appointment for it.
He didn't even bother to answer me and just told me that his secretary will come and explain me everything so I ended up confused sitting on his chair for another 10 minutes while he went to take money from a different customer (understood that he cannot "pull out" money out of my pocket.)
I went to the front desk lady,
She gave me an estimate for $500 for deep cleaning when I told her that he told me I need a deep cleaning without even check my mouth!
She told me I can't get a regular one (probably because they need to give it to me for free they forgot my husband paid for it a few days before!!!)
I told her I am not willing to handle with him, and I'm not feeling comfortable doing any cleaning with him.i didn't even asked the money for my cleaning back, it was clear it's all about the money so I didn't even ask that.
And told her he didn't even took a minute to explain me how he got the idea to do for me a deep cleaning instead of a regular one ,after I told him I gave birth 3 weeks ago and it's obvious after birth all the gums are super sensitive (didn't checked my gums but I ended up doing mistake by telling him that I think this is how he thought well she after birth the gums sensitive well, let's make some money !!!!)
And I saw thru the window behind her that he told her quietly to just tell me to leave in a nice way by ignoring me and not answer me they was worried the other client will hear what I said so she "nicely" showed me the door.
When I asked if they have a yelp account she told me she's not sure.
Overall,
This " Dentist" just looking where he can get money from .
When he see your thinking , or not willing to do it or need to ask some questions he just stepping out the room upset and go to a different client hoping he going to make the salary of the day from him !
I will not recommend this place to Anyone!
Don't let them sale you the "2 teeth cleaning in one"
You will end up paying much more than the teeth cleaning !
