That was a complete lie. When I dropped my dog off there were dozens of dog all being worked on in a very cramped and unclean space. There is mold in the back half of the building and it is very apparent in both the scent and the air vents which are black. In regards to the grooming my dog received, I instructed the groomer to shave her hair short except for her ears. For the most part this was followed except for her head. They left a patch untouched on her head and her whiskers were also not trimmed. I also told them to clip her nails, they got some but not all. I will not be using this business again and I don't recommend them.

Have been taking my dogs there for about a year, at the old neat place off Ridge Road. Did a good…read morejob for $28. She doesn't speak much English. Was always available at the last minute. Then recently moved to her home a few miles away. Charged my mother $58 for one grooming on her dog, usually just $28. I talked to Elsa and she said she never did charge my mother that, and my mother doesn't lie. So who knows? Took my one dog there recently at new place, she did the one part good, but I spent an hour touching up where she missed. She had two dogs in crates there waiting, but my dog was done in less than an hour. Dogs have ear mites, and she never treats them. It costs like $5 for a soda pop can size, and to add a few drops to mited ears would be expected, as well as trimming the ear hair and around the teeth. She never has mentioned the ear mites. One other of our dogs had horrible swollen anal glands after seeing her at her home. Lives and works in a scary part of town. Won't go there any more.

The vet had prescribed a prescription food for her. I tried it for one month, and it worked. She was feeling better and her diarrhea was clearing up. But when I called to get a refill, I had nothing but problems getting the food. My calls were not answered. Always went directly to a recorded message. I had to call from another number to get through. The staff is not helpful at all. One of the ladies, is just rude. Also this veterinarian does not give a prescription to get the food elsewhere. I realized my cats health is not a priority to them. Its sad to say. And they didn't even try to make it right.
