I needed an emergency wheel chair for a family member with a broken ankle and the lady here was AMAZING!! I explained the situation and she guided me to the perfect chair. Not only was it exactly what we needed, but she took the time to explain how the chair works, folds, and even told me one area to be careful of that's a bit of a design flaw in most chairs. I felt the prices were very reasonable considering I needed it yesterday and didn't have time to shop around. She was super pleasant, very nice, and I never felt rushed. She also gets credit for being open on a Saturday morning as it looks like the majority of medical supply stores are closed on the weekends. This store had 4 options for me which the average store had only 1 or 2. The prices started at 49.99 and went up to 94.99 in comparison to 69.99 and 109.99 at other store. More importantly the story owner Sunny has 20 years of experience and was very helpful. This store also had a large selection of ortho related products. Cons: not any come to mind. I purchased a ColdPac for my knee after my surgery in December. I've only been using 6 weeks and the thing is falling apart. I went in to exchange it and was told it was not returnable not only that both men behind the counter accused me of "abusing" it, said someone probably sat on it and that great force was put on it to have the seams come apart. They were rude and accusatory. OMG I used it on my knee. The woman who I purchased it from told me to be careful with it and I was but never did she say it was not returnable if I encountered any problems. I could have taken it better had they been nicer about it. Beware -- Never buy anything there without asking about a return policy, had I known never would have purchased it.
