I needed an emergency wheel chair for a family member with a broken ankle and the lady here was AMAZING!! I explained the situation and she guided me to the perfect chair. Not only was it exactly what we needed, but she took the time to explain how the chair works, folds, and even told me one area to be careful of that's a bit of a design flaw in most chairs. I felt the prices were very reasonable considering I needed it yesterday and didn't have time to shop around. She was super pleasant, very nice, and I never felt rushed. She also gets credit for being open on a Saturday morning as it looks like the majority of medical supply stores are closed on the weekends. This store had 4 options for me which the average store had only 1 or 2. The prices started at 49.99 and went up to 94.99 in comparison to 69.99 and 109.99 at other store. I purchased a ColdPac for my knee after my surgery in December. I've only been using 6 weeks and the thing is falling apart. I went in to exchange it and was told it was not returnable not only that both men behind the counter accused me of "abusing" it, said someone probably sat on it and that great force was put on it to have the seams come apart. They were rude and accusatory. OMG I used it on my knee. The woman who I purchased it from told me to be careful with it and I was but never did she say it was not returnable if I encountered any problems. I could have taken it better had they been nicer about it. Beware -- Never buy anything there without asking about a return policy, had I known never would have purchased it. Not customer centric, I had an absolutely horrible experience with them. read more

Called around to get some DME products for a friend and found that they had the least expensive pricing.

I placed an order for a lumbar support at the beginning of November, size Large, which based on the website measurements, states that fits 36-42 inches, I came in at a measurement at 38. When the order was received two weeks later, I tried it on, it was 3 to 4 inches short of even coming together around me. I called the company and spoke to Rafat. Explained the situation, and he told me I measured wrong, it was my fault he said. I explained to him that it said large in the support and your indication of large is 36-42 inches and I came in at 38" and he told me again that I was wrong. I then told him that there is a tag in the support with a letter L which we both agreed stands for large, and then I asked him if maybe somebody sew the wrong tag and it was medium or small, he again told me that I was wrong. He instructed me to return it, pay $12 for shipping and they will send me an Extra Large, I then told him if he was to read the measurements for an extra-large I will need to gain 75 pounds, again, Rafat said that I was wrong. I sent it back, paid the $12 and 2 weeks later my new extra-large back support showed up, I tried it on and goes around my body one and a half times. The Velcro bypass each other by over 6 inches. I called the company again on 12/4/15 and spoke to Heidie and explained the situation, told her there was a definite miscommunication on their end, I asked if I could get my money back, she then puts me on hold 10 to 15 minutes and when she finally gets back to me I was instructed to pay an additional $12, send it back and they will reimburse me purchase price for the item only. I feel this is 100 percent the company's fault and I should be reimbursed for the item and all the shipment costs. Heidie ignored my requests and the call ended. For over $24 my cost to return their item that I feel is 100% their fault, I will be more satisfied to throw this in the trash and never ever recommend this company and their products, and their support to anybody.
