This issue has dragged on for over a month now, with repeated back-and-forth communication but no real resolution or sense of urgency on their end. The delay is causing significant hardship and frustration for our family. We invested a substantial amount of money in this product expecting reliable performance and support, especially given its importance as a mobility aid. A guy named John answered listened and responded to my need for service and was very sympathetic. He went to pick up the scooter and take it back to his shop. On the 4th of July a holiday he worked diagnosing the scooter and repairing it. He tested and verified it and on Sunday the 5th he returned it to my wife and waited for her to test drive it around the park. She was excited to be able get her mobility back. We also noticed that the bottom of the stroller would drag on the ground whenever we put even a certain amount of items in the storage area. It was clear that the stroller had significant wear and was no longer functioning the way it should. I understand that rental items will naturally show some wear and tear, but this stroller was beyond normal use and should have been inspected and replaced before being rented again. We relied on the stroller during our trip, so having these issues was frustrating and inconvenient.

They gave me a receipt after I completed the sleep study with a balance of $0. Sounds good right? A month later, I get a $100 bill in the mail with a forced autopay with the card I gave them for "deposit collateral" for the equipment since it was an at home sleep study. My insurance company is pursuing them for fraudulent charges as we speak. I suggest anyone to stay away so you won't endure the headache I've endured. Jimmy is willing to make any excuse to take your money and charge whatever they want even if your insurance covers it and has a clearly defined payment policy. He said it was be anywhere between $10-$100 for copay "if it had to be paid," which doesn't add up to any insurance policy or healthcare institute. Note: they charged my insurance as co-insurance and not co-pay, when the receipt stated $0 copay and only had a copay section, with Jimmy saying it would be a copay if I were to have to pay, so they're conducting fraudulent behavior.
