Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. They gave me a receipt after I completed the sleep study with a balance of $0. Sounds good right? A month later, I get a $100 bill in the mail with a forced autopay with the card I gave them for "deposit collateral" for the equipment since it was an at home sleep study. My insurance company is pursuing them for fraudulent charges as we speak. I suggest anyone to stay away so you won't endure the headache I've endured. Jimmy is willing to make any excuse to take your money and charge whatever they want even if your insurance covers it and has a clearly defined payment policy. He said it was be anywhere between $10-$100 for copay "if it had to be paid," which doesn't add up to any insurance policy or healthcare institute.
