They were a little bit further down the road from my home, but the price difference was well worth the drive. After calling my doctor and transferring my prescriptions over to K & T, I began picking up my prescriptions from them. The parking lot is a bit smallish, but I never had an issue finding a place to park. After walking into the pharmacy, I was happily greeted by a friendly pharmacist. The prices were exceptionally competitive and service was quick. I asked the nice lady to update my profile so that they would call me whenever my prescriptions were ready for pickup. K & T feels like a family neighborhood pharmacy with personal friendly help. I am moving all of my prescriptions over to them. If you're not using them, check their prices and give them a try!

I was the one communicating with the owner, Doug, during the visit and he even texted me the receipt directly while I was standing there in the store. Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. And, you actually get to talk to a live person. Not only are they quick to fill prescriptions, if they don't have it they will go out of their way to get you what you need or offer alternative recommendations, and they did just that today. They will also deliver if needed. Who does that anymore except for those that truly value their customers. Unfortunately, I have to take a lot of medications now. I don't know why I didn't do this before, but after the help I received today I am transferring all my prescription needs (and my wife's) to this pharmacy. My wife already has a compound delivered like clockwork every month, so we will transfer the rest of her prescriptions. You really need to check this place out. Amazing!!!

Despite reaching out multiple times and them sending a replacement battery and charger, the chair still does not function properly. This issue has dragged on for over a month now, with repeated back-and-forth communication but no real resolution or sense of urgency on their end. In the meantime, my mother--who relies on this chair for her mobility and independence--has been unable to move around freely. The delay is causing significant hardship and frustration for our family. We invested a substantial amount of money in this product expecting reliable performance and support, especially given its importance as a mobility aid. Instead, we've experienced what feels like complete disregard for our situation. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to resolve a problem within the warranty period (which should cover at least one year under California law for wheelchairs) is unacceptable. I do not feel we are being taken seriously as customers, and this experience has been deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise others against purchasing from this company. I hope they step up and provide a proper repair, replacement, or refund without further delay.

This was a new store in the strip mall near me. I went in to browse. The store was very clean, well stocked, and set up in a professional manner. I met the owner and some staff members. All were very gracious and personable. At this first visit I did buy an item for the handicapped, of which I am one. In talking and chatting with the owner and staff member, I chose to "try-out" an item which they very generously offered to me. They wanted to make sure I would be satisfied with the item since it was very pricey! The next day Rachel taught me how to use "the personal laser." She took the time to teach me how to use it. She patiently helped me for the next few days. After checking with my physician and seeing good results, I did buy the laser. I have also purchased an excellent knee brace. This place is a complete disgrace to the medical supply industry! My wife came in here looking to buy disposable face masks (2//2019). I get we are in the middle of the Coroonavirus hysteria, but to quote your customer $50 for 1 box of 50 disposable mask is outrageous and borderline criminal price gouging! You should be ashamed of yourself! It wasn't too hard to find a source online selling a better version of what this place was selling and for 6 x 50 for $22 total(including tax and shipping).
