I had the pleasure of selecting this business for the first time, to repair my almost 10 year old mobility scooter which needed an electrical connection issue fixed. The whole process took only about 24 hrs, during which time the scooter got picked up, connection issue RESOLVED and other minor repairs and adjustment of the tiller, test-drive by the technician, and finally returned to my apartment. I had a really bad case of Covid pneumonia. My oxygen would dip from high 70s to low 80s in the middle of the night. My doctor wrote me a prescription for an oxygen tank but basically said, good luck finding a pharmacy that will help you. My friend found O.C. Medical Supply and but for the grace of God, they had just gotten a new supply of O2 tanks in. I called and they were going to be closing shortly. The amazing woman that answered the phone offered to come back when my husband was able to get there in order to give me oxygen. I do not know if many people that would reopen their store to help one person. She was such a blessing and I cannot tell you know much I appreciate them and their fabulous customer service. I wanted to say thank you for your outstanding customer service with my recent scooter rental in Anaheim. It was the best little scooter to get around Disneyland with and the battery meter never budged. Even after a few very long walks.The scooter was just the right size for maneuvering through the crowds and fit nicely in lines and the back of our rental car. They repair scooters on site and sell medical supplies. These guys are off the chain amazing! Did $500 in top notch repairs on my mothers Pride scooter. They charged $125. I was amazed. Seriously they treated me like a family member. Moms scooter been customized with a canopy and windshield and others were afraid to even try to repair it. Daniel non chalantly analyzed and repaired with care and courtesy. Also owner Shola and staff associate Joy were kind and courteous. Did I mention prompt? I rent hospital bed that i pay $344 for a month contract . In second day i called to pick up the bed, because is to high and strong matress. They came a course, but not refunded at all. They give another option of bed or matress. But not refund. Either discount. So make sure what you really need. Kind of expensive too. read more

Because my client was financially constrained and needed to obtain oxygen in home as fast as possible I advised her that I would try to get a hold of this particular company to find the soonest that the oxygen could be delivered. I made the call to the company around 2 am (early Monday morning) as their web site indicated they are on call 24 hours a day. The person that answered the phone call was initially groggy with a very thick accent. I had originally thought that they would have an answering service that would be able to provide me with the necessary information. Unfortunately I found out it's a loan guy with a bad attitude. I asked about what he needed from me to get things rolling for my patient. As he began talking with me, he started to slur his words and unfortunately he had a very thick accent. I advised him that it was very difficult to understand the information he was attempting to relay to me. I asked for clarification several times and he began to get very frustrated. I explained that I had a critical patient that needed the oxygen and his reply to me was that his company would not be providing oxygen at that hour. He also stated that she would have to wait to receive the oxygen as they were not open until the following day. Again I asked for clarification as it was currently Monday at 2 am. I asked him to repeat his hours because if they are not open on Monday I would have to seek another medical supply company. He then got frustrated again with me and said I was being rude. I calmly explained that I was not trying to be rude at all, that I had a critical patient that needed oxygen. He then said again that I was being rude with a more angry tone. I then, in my best client voice asked if I could have his name. He would not give it to me, and then indicated three more times that I was being rude and finally said I could go to hell and hung up. I am an emergency doctor that truly wanted to do right by my patient and his family. Unfortunately they could not afford ICU hospitalization so in order to avoid euthanasia I was trying to find her another option. Thankfully I called another company after speaking with the rude representative from O.C Medical Supply and was able to sort things out. I have dealt with people from all walks of life in very critical situations and in various states of emotion. I have never lost my cool and am always straight forward with them. At times I don't always agree with my clients' decisions but I always respect them. In my 20 years of working with animals I have never felt the need to tell a client to go to hell. I am both flabbergasted and appalled by this individual for his lack of respect and willingness to help. I plan to call the company this morning and report this behavior. I am hopeful that they would never want this type of communication to happen from their staff, hopefully the day staff is not as horrible as the on call person. We shall see, I do know that I will never refer a client to OC Medical Supply and will also inform my hospital (which is sizable) and colleagues never to use this company read more

Im a single mom My 1 year old daughter is severely ill and really needed this nebulizer, they charged me $87 for a pediatric nebulizer in a old box and 5 minutes later I looked it up and found the exact same one online on multiple websites for $35. I called asking if i could return it and get some money back and the a man in the thick accent slurring his words picked up saying he's the manager and that all he can do is give me a $20 credit for purchase in the store, asked me why I didn't look online first, said he had to go, and hung up on me. read more

Called and made a reservation to rent the 4 wheel Go-Go scooter to use at Disneyland for three days. The business isn't far from Disneyland at all, which was a plus. The scooter worked great and never even went down a level in charge/battery during my two days at Disneyland! I charged the battery, of course, at the end of each night when I got back to my hotel, and it lasted the whole next day! It was very easy to disassemble and reassemble! The lady that helped me when I went in to pick up and return the scooter was the sweetest person! She made the entire experience even better with her wonderful personality and customer service! Nice enough on the phone, but with a no-return, no exchange policy, we're shopping elsewhere. We could have brought our mother's walker in to see if they had a tray that fit, but could not drag our 96-year-old mother with us. If the tray was too much weight for her to maneuver easily, or if it interfered with her mobility, we would have been stuck with a $20-$30 purchase for which we would have had no use. I originally started working with 3 vendors as needed a large quantity of supplies. I switched over to OC Medical as was always able to reach them by phone and the level of customer service far exceeded their competition. The equipment delivered was in pristine condition. When two additional items were required, they delivered them within 20-30mins each. I purchased a battery for a power scooter in June 2017. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Daniel was the person who helped me. He was very good. I came back today 7/26 as we thought the battery was bad. But... it wasn't . The battery was good and Daniel took his time to take a look at the scooter upon my asking him. He walked out to the car and quickly diagnosed my issue. Apparently the hand control was bent and caused the contacts to malfunction. He bent it back into position and then demonstrated the proper use of the scooter. Keep in mind he didn't have to do this as I only bought a replacement battery there last month. In today's world of no customer service anywhere Daniel was excellent and really helped. He could easily have told me that the scooter was dead. He didn't , he just fixed it.... no charge... I know his boss won't be happy about that but you know something? This is what brings people back and it also earned my recommendation as I will tell everyone I know about him and OC Medical Supply. Let me start off as this has to be the biggest B.S.ers! Called and left a voice mail over the holiday weekend to cancel a rental. Next following business day I get a phone call from OC medical idiots, confirming my delivery. Told them I left a voice mail and the operator states that the driver has already left. HELLOOO!! Common sense, give the driver a call!! Few hours later I called them back as a "courtesy" call to make sure the delivery was canceled. To save them time plus fuel and possible somebody else needing the equipment, the so called manager answers the phone and immediately identified me as. "Liar"! WTF you dummies!! I stated that I will gladly email you my phone log to prove that I called. Not my fault that you don't have updated phones! Or are you guys that dumb that the "save button and erase button" does not mean the same Ms Cleo! Talk about horrible business ethics! Don't not waste your time with this medical supply. Don't use this company. I bought a CPAP machine in January 2016. I was told it was a discontinued model (it was actually a used machine) and that they would calibrate it for my prescription. When I got home and turned it on, the outflow was so powerful the mask would not stay on my face. When I returned it, they refused to refund my money. I left the machine with them and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. They responded in April that OC Medical asserted that I had kept their merchandise and that I had to pay the amount OC Medical charged. I thought about taking them to small claims court, but they would just keep up their lie. The Better Business Bureau say my complaint does not fit their parameters for investigation, as I can't document that OC Medical kept the CPAP machine. OC Medical got over $400.00, and I got screwed. I would give them a minus five stars if I could. read more
