Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.

The car had just been purchased from Audi Sewickley, fully inspected by the dealership, and drove over 1,000 miles from Ohio to Florida with zero issues--no warning lights, no mechanical problems. When I dropped it off at CarLocker on May 8, everything was in perfect working order. Devin, a staff member at CarLocker, even drove the car himself and did not note any concerns. Fast forward to June 9 when I picked it up, Devin again drove the car and immediately commented on a dashboard warning light. Just hours later, while driving, the vehicle experienced a complete electrical failure and shut down in traffic. I had to call 911, and the police came to divert cars around me. Audi Clearwater diagnosed full failure of both the 12V and 48V batteries. Their service team stated this likely could've been prevented if the vehicle had been maintained properly, like keeping it on a battery charger, which is standard for long-term storage. I paid $4,364.96 for the battery replacements, plus $154.90 for towing totaling $4,519.86 out-of-pocket. I gave CarLocker the chance to make this right. Their response? Denial of responsibility and a claim that they only cover "gross negligence." Apparently, a car arriving in perfect shape and leaving with thousands in damage doesn't meet that bar. Whether it's gross negligence or just plain negligence, it's unacceptable. I expected better from a company trusted to care for high-end vehicles. I won't use CarLocker again, and I suggest others think twice.

Before booking, I asked the detailer to confirm that these services were included at the advertised promotional price, and she assured me they were. Unfortunately, that wasn't what I received. The service was essentially an expensive car wash and vacuum. She did not have the proper equipment certainly nothing commercial grade. The carpet cleaner she used was a small consumer grade spot cleaner, which was nowhere near what was advertised. When I pointed out that the advertised service was misleading, her only response was, "I'm sorry you feel that way." Rather than addressing the issue or acknowledging the discrepancy, she dismissed my concerns. Based on my experience, the advertising was deceptive, and the service did not match what was promised. I would not recommend this company. Cant say she even did a decent job as she missed numerous simple things. This is coming from a former detailer who also managed a detail center.
