We received a call back immediately and we were told that we could bring the car in today (Sunday) to get it detailed for a very reasonable price. We dropped it off this morning, and when we returned this evening, we were amazed that the car looked so incredibly clean! In addition to all of the detail he spent on the exterior and interior, he also went under the hood and made it sparkle! We have not seen this car look this good since we purchased it. I had planned on mobile, but couldn't pass up the deals they were offering. I submitted a form and was called within 24 hours. He helped me book a 50% off Monday promotion for a studio rookie detail. I arrived just shy of 10am and they let me sit in their office to work remotely. I think it may have been the owners office, but potentially just an extra workspace or waiting area. They even offered for me to use the TV if I wanted! The service took a little over 2 hours. They did end up charging me for extra dirt removal (had some gravel in the front seat, yikes) but they let me know ahead of service and I agreed. My car is spotless!
