Herb responded almost immediately, and arrived at my location about 90 minutes later, as promised. My 2014 BMW was in embarrassing shape in terms of cleanliness. I almost forgot how nice it looks when it's clean. But it wasn't just clean - it was immaculate. I am not overstating the facts when I say it looked better than when I drove it off the dealership lot. Pricing was more than fair. I almost felt guilty paying the amount I paid, considering the 3 hours of painstaking attention to detail. Herb admitted to being a perfectionist. When I asked him what motivated him, his answer said it all: "If I decide one day that I'm too tired or it's too hot, etc. and do a less than stellar job, I have to go home and live with that. And that would eat me up inside". Interestingly, he didn't answer with a predictable "if I do a bad job I'll get bad reviews". Keep it Clean? Well, let's hope.... I was in desperate need for my entire car to be cleaned inside and out. After a couple trips with my sister and my young nephew to the beach, the car was trashed- sand, stains, Cherrios, dirt... it was a disaster. I called a couple places and Herbert got back to me quickly and was available the next day. He gave me a range of a quote, but I was betting on the higher end since my Rav4 was such a mess. Herbert is just great. A hard worker who does an excellent job and wants to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. I spoke with a man on the phone about an interior detailing, he told me to send him the address and he would be at my home in 30-45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes passed, I gave him a call, he told me he never received the address via text message. First time using Herb today. He got out to my place and did an amazing job on my Trailblazer. It has been a while since I gave it a good wash, so he had his work cut out for him. He got every nook and cranny in the car. The dash looked brand new, dirt and smudge on the doors was completely gone, and the exterior was sparkling. Herb even did an excellent job on the tires. I looked in the corners to see if it was just a quick rub down, but man, he's good. Top to bottom, extraordinarily clean, more than reasonable price. One of the best parts about this service is that he comes out to you. It was great having a clean car and not waiting in a lobby or having to organize a ride home and back or Uber.
