When picking up the boat I noticed and photographed multiple locations where the tint had jagged cuts, irregularities in the gaps and bubbling. After about 4 months the tint had separated from the windshield. I got in contact with Barry and sent him pictures and explained what the concerns were, his shop manager said they would have removed the tint and refunded my money if I wasn't happy. Barry and his shop manager insisted on fixing the shoddy workmanship and I agreed to let them try to redo the entire job. After my wife received multiple messages and phone calls they shortly turned aggressive and stated that it was the windshields fault and it may never attach properly (I have all the texts) That's when they came up with the crazy idea of using clay and silicone to basically hide the jagged cuts and gaps. After I came home and heard Barry yelling at my wife on the phone and I told him we would come for the boat and he said that's fine it's ready. Well it wasn't, just to be a complete tool he removed and kept the tint but has refused to return any money. I have attached photos and I'd love to hear if anyone would accept this type of workmanship? And he was nice enough to scratch the polarizing on the windshields, (which costs $3400 to replace not to mention labor)and leave me with a horrible mess, all which he texted me and told me to clean up myself.

Although I was frustrated, I decided to proceed with the service since I had rearranged my schedule and had someone drop me off. After two hours, I returned to pick up my car, only to discover that the price had increased even more. When I inquired about the increase, I was informed that the quoted price was for each window, not for all of them. This left me even more confused, as I had specifically asked for the price for all of the windows. The whole situation felt strange. All I can say is that if you're going to take your car there, make sure you do your homework and ask lots of questions.
