WOW......great job!!!!!!!! Started to have a sewer back up, I could plunge it to drain the line just couldn't clear it. Called yeasterday at 2:30. They came right out, plumber checked the main line snaked it out. BAM problem solved, how ever we did want the tank pumped out. He checked for the tank lid, found it had the crew come out today to dig it up and pump it out. We figured that the yard would be trashed when finished, the wife is impressed says " looks better the she figured it would. We now need to move a tree by the clean out, set up something new to mark the clean out, maybe a small fountain or potted plants. What a awesome job didn't break the bank and everyone is happy. All 3 bathrooms were clogged and backed up. Called USA Septic. They dispatched Tech JR who came out within an hour. He unclogged our drain in relatively short order and showed us that we need to pump our septic real soon. We've already made an appointment to pump the septic per his recommendations. Called and set an appointment for three days in advance. That gave me three days to dig up the septic tank. After digging up the tank AFTER the age of 50 turned out to be not the way to get my exercise, but I did have help of some young strong backs too. Next time hire out the digging!!! Also now I'm adding the risers for the future. Driver showed up early, clean, nice, and professional! Did a great job, even unplugged where the sewage enters the tank where I have had a chronic plug. Big shout out to this company. These are the nicest guys you will ever work with. I Called this company out for a septic pumping and certification on my mom's house. The 2 guys that showed up (earlier then the appointment time) were called the diggers. (Z and Russ) Their job was to dig the holes to expose the 2 lids on the septic tank. (Liquid side and solid side) They worked efficiently to locate the metal tank and its lids. after exposing the lids the pumper showed up to do the actually pumping of the tank. Found out that my mom had not addressed the tanks for the 21 years she lived in the house. The tank had to be replaced. USA Septic only installs concrete tanks. I admit I was super nervous about this huge project.....But Joshua reassured me that he would ensure everything will go smoothly. I called the office about 10 times speaking to both Tonya and Amy. These girls were amazing answered all my questions as well as reassured me that it was ok to call as many times as I needed. This team is absolutely amazing, you can tell from the beginning to the end of the project that these guys all work well together and have great respect for each other. The price of installing the concrete tank is less expensive than the plastic/fiberglass tanks. During my comparison research on septic tanks I discovered that the concrete tank is the way to go for durability and longevity. USA Septic takes cash or check for payment. USA Septic came highly recommended. When they came out for a certification, we were told to remove the sheds and the tree that was sitting over the septic pit (we had no idea were the septic pit was and we were told there are two septic pits) and once that was completed they would certify the septic. But once we removed what the owner's son told us to remove we received a run around and were told they could not certify it without the new buyers approval. It took phone calls of two weeks back and forth to USA Septic to get this final decision. It has been approved by the buyers and now we are still waiting for USA Septic to come back out to cover up the pits. All in all, the job got done and the house sold on time. read more

Two guys came at about 8:30 to dig out the lids, they left and and said another guy would come to pump it. It's now 1:15pm and still waiting. I hate to admit that we were too long between septic service and called at the suggestion of our plumber. We called late Friday afternoon and they were here at 8 today, Monday. There were challenges encountered and they never wavered and kept working towards a positive outcome. The service techs were awesome and friendly and explained the job in detail and made sure to finish the job with the result being a job done right (really). One of the owners of the company popped in to make sure they were doing a great job and dropped himself in the hole to help them to overcome the challenges they were faced with. Although the job took several hours longer than expected they would not budge on their quoted price, even though I thought they deserved considerably more than I was charged. This company just replaced a leach pit on my neighbors property. They proceeded to dump excess rock and dirt on my property. During the phone call on the weekend emergency line i was swore at by the guy and he denied my property was affected and said to go ahead and complain to the city. Had some sort of septic problem that needed immediate attention and not knowing if our tank needed to be pumped or leech lines replaced we were not sure what was going to happen. I called around 8:15 on Monday morning and the receptionist was ever so helpful, we were able to get an appointment to assess our problem at noon, no sooner so I set that appointment but the technician was able to make it to my house by 9:00 ! The office called of course to make sure that him being there early was ok and I was impressed by the fast service. So after careful assessment of the plumbing situation the technician eased me mind by showing me that the tank did not need to be drained nor did we have any leech line problems. It was a clog towards the end of the line before the tank. The tech "JR"was very very helpful and the company as a whole was such a pleasure to work with !
