I've never had a house painted before, never mind a two-family with vinyl siding (which I hated from the day we bought the place, but didn't want to spend the money to change it). We decided to give ourselves the gift of the facelift to our house, and Tony and his guys just finished the building. Tony deeply cares about his work, and it shows in everything he does; he goes above and beyond to make sure that the end results are fabulous. He threw in extra things - and wouldn't let me pay him more! - so that the house would look the very best that it could. He always has done exactly what he said he would do, when he said he'd do it. (Just that alone...the integrity of his words and actions!...put him head and shoulders above most others!) He not only had an excellent price for his work, but, more importantly, I absolutely LOOOOVE that he turned my vision of what I wanted into our new reality. Luciano and his team ended up painting pretty much my whole condo, HOA hallway, and the condo above. Him and his team, were able to fit us in quickly, they were professional and got the job done in really good time. This review is overdue. I had to remediate my HVAC closet. The project required demolishing and…read moretreating the space, reconstructing the closet, and installing a new HVAC system and water heater. I had to coordinate with three companies. I really appreciated Emmanuel's quick response and flexibility in establishing a schedule. Throughout, Emmanuel was accommodating and willing to take on new and unexpected work. Atlantic Bay Consulting put staples in my living room ceiling without asking, but Emmanuel took it in stride and repaired the damage. Emmanuel and his crew worked swiftly and efficiently to hang new drywall and paint the HVAC closet. This was pretty amazing because there were several electrical cables they had to work around and route to the right places for the HVAC and water heater. BDL Heating & Cooling ripped up the back wall of the new closet pretty badly because they didn't know what they were doing while installing the HVAC unit. I really appreciated Emmanuel's willingness to come back and quickly repair the damage. I hired Paint Bros after Justin…read moresmooth-talked me during an estimate conversation and I expected to get what he promised - a professional job done by respectful crews who would treat my home as their own. Instead, I was left with moisture issues in my home that I'm still assessing the severity of, product all over my light fixtures and floors, and garbage (energy drink cans, a half-eaten sandwich left on the counter). They cranked my heating system up so high that the humidity rose in my house to 100%, due in part to the fact that they didn't reopen the vents they had closed while plastering. There was so much moisture in the air that a pool of water formed on the floor protection because it couldn't absorb anymore, and the windows were fogged up in every single room as you can see. On the advice of another contractor, I've already had to purchase a commercial dehumidifier to remediate the issues they've caused and it's barely been 24 hours since I let them go. I fired Paint Bros on the third day of the job, after speaking with Justin on the second day and raising issues to be solved that were not. While I originally appreciated his willingness to refund my initial deposit and his promise to me on the day they cleaned out their equipment that I would not be charged for any additional services, his partner Jake quickly walked this back. He called me from a number that showed up as The Yoga Tree on ID to tell me that they would, actually, be sending me an invoice. He tried to say I am the only unhappy customer they've ever had. I'm perfectly willing to admit that I was irate when he called and didn't handle it well, and that's on me. My New Jersey mouth got the best of me at 8:30 this morning. But, my New Jersey BS detector is still perfectly functional and these guys are more likely to be suppressing bad reviews than delivering quality services every time. I should add, the brown floor covering in these photos was laid by me before they even started because my hardwood floors were recently refinished. Part of the quote I received from them initially clearly breaks out extensive prep, and yet none of it happened. The fact that they couldn't bother to do anything additional says it all. Justin's offer to have a cleaning crew come to my house after they packed up their gear was declined because I just couldn't trust that anything they would do for me, directly or indirectly, would be handled with care. In my experience, they will hide behind the fact that they are a small business and try to gaslight you because, look at their glowing reviews! But I have to wonder... their crews had finished another job early right before mine. Was it because they were so efficient, or did someone else go through what I did as well?

Their preparation work goes above and beyond and it is clear that they know how to do things the right way. Worksite was always kept clean and was nearly organized at the end of each day. Communication was excellent regarding questions they had, questions we had, and if anything was going to prohibit them from working on a given day. Would highly recommend them if you are considering having any paint work done in the area. Very happy with the final results on this exterior job.

He looked at the job, gave me an hourly quote and decided to give the work to an employee that never painted cabinets before. To make up for the lack of experience; he micro managed the employee. since the job was based on an hourly rate; the lack of experience ended up costing more money. Once the job was almost done, he sent me an invoice and asked for a check immediately. when I questioned his hours on the invoice; he responded with insults and was very rude. He finally admitted that he charged me an extra two hours because he had to baby sit his employee who lacked experience in painting cabinets and that he also had to get extra supplies. I ended up paying him for an extra hour based on the supply run. He cashed the check and called me the next day with more insults and told me he felt like a robbed him.

Bill was the first contractor to respond and came by to meet with me within just days of my requesting a quote. Bill took measurements, calculated time & costs for my project and then provided me a written quote before he left. I was so impressed by Bill, his fair quote and his guarantee, that I accepted his quote and hired his company on the spot. They started 2 weeks later and I cannot say enough about Bill's crew, led by Anderson. They are punctual, efficient and true professionals. When sanding the cabinets, there was no dust due to the sander having a pump which drew the dust particles into it. throughout the project, they taped off and covered counters and floors to protect them. Premier Painting is the best!! I'm so thankful that I found this amazing company who've transformed my kitchen to be the bright, beautiful and welcoming heart of my home! I initially went with the company that I had first contact with and because their bid was much lower based on square footage, but they came over Friday night to get a paint sample then called Saturday morning (scheduled to start Sat noon) to say that after seeing the place in person their bid was actually going to be almost twice as much. And they'd need to use cheap paint to keep their bid that low. I called Noe in a panic because when he came out to quote the job I felt like he was a good person. And he came through. Noe managed to shuffle jobs (thank you, summer storms!) to reassign multiple guys to my job on a Sunday to make sure they'd be done before I got on a plane to return to CA on Tuesday. Guillermo and Ivan were super courteous and sweet, and they were later joined by another person as well to finish up that night by 7pm (we were bracing for 9pm), and were completely done by noon Monday. Although we are renting out our place, we are keeping it so that we'll have the option to live in it again at some point if that works out, so we don't want to have it be poorly maintained. Noe was clear that he only uses quality products and used all Benjamin Moore paint in our place. It looks really great! And get this - after going out to pick up tools to take off the old bathroom fixtures, Noe and Guillermo even came back later on Monday to help us out with our bathroom fixtures (we'd ordered new ones that didn't arrive until that afternoon) because we were only in town for one week and didn't have any real tools here. I can't tell you how many grey hairs they kept me from sprouting! We'll definitely call Noe for any other jobs we have in the future - he plans to expand into cleaning as well as painting, so it'll be a one stop shop for us!
