I took my vehicle to the collision repair shop for a quote on a insurance job. After talking to the owner about the options that we could go with with my vehicle I ended up repainting my whole car and fixing the main problem that I came to the shop for. My overall experience was great. They gave me a great deal on the whole paint job and fix the body damage on passenger rear door. For the repair on the rear door and quarter panel, they actually pulled out dents and not just slap bondo over it to even it out, which is great. The staff was was very nice and respectful. On that front They did excellent. The only con that I can think of after thoroughly inspecting my car after several months is a small paint run on the clearcoat which very minimal which should be able to come off with some buffing which in my opinion no big deal,easy fix for me. read more

If I could go back and spend my 4 thousands dollars somewhere else I would! I took it to another shop and they quoted me 4 and said could sit on a showroom floor after. I regret not going with them to this day. My paint is peeling and my rear bumper has rust popping through which should not happen. Shows that the prep work was horrible I should've know when I had to take my truck back the first time to get re-painted because my door jams had paint completely off. After waiting 6 months to let the paint fully cure I wanted to get my truck ceramic coated and the detailer I took it too wouldn't touch my truck because whoever cut it at the shop burnt the paint. do not go to this paint shop! i repeat do not! after a couple of months, your paint will start to crack!! you get a bunch of swirls and i had to wait for almost 3 months to get my car since they really messed up on the first try! they had to paint it twice! very unprofessional and expect to have paints all over your engine bay and interrior. the owner does not know how to paint because he took the part to finish the car read more

Painted my car here and I must say I regret it 100%. I came here because of the positive reviews on Yelp however their work doesn't reflect the reviews. I came in with clear expectations, bought all new parts, didn't even try to low ball his price. He gave me a price and a timeline he couldn't meet. He told me it'll take him 4-5 weeks, it ended up taking him 10 weeks and still did a real poor job. He couldn't even reinstall some parts back. When i picked up the car he seen how frustrated i was and his response was that he thought he did a really good job. He damaged all my new parts, he even lost my new headlights and tried accusing me of not bringing them to him then he ended up finding them in his storage. This shop is a mess, he has poor workmanship. The pictures show it all. He even left my engine full of over spray. Please save your time and money. It is not worth spending a dime here. The owner will BS you and tell you everything you want to hear but will not deliver. read more

I went here because it was close and had good reviews but my experience was not very good at all. It kept getting delayed. I asked them to make all the repairs necessary for it to run. And paid close to 2k. Maybe I wasn't clear. I meant for it to run safely, since it's my daughter who is driving it and it drove home but i definitely didn't feel safe. The first time they even notice that the window didn't roll up so it shows how much time they took checking thing. Also they initially charged me $200 for them to put used but "in good condition" tires on. When I got there the tires look like shit. at first glance I knew I had to buy all new ones and they refunded me only $100 back. I could tell they did the very minimum and didn't do a that thorough of a check if I had to multiple times tell them about an issue they missed. I completely agree with ernies review. My husband and I came to Alpha Performance Auto Body shop to get our truck painted last year in August of 2022, and paid ton of money to expect that our truck would be painted perfectly. Let me just say that now, a year looking back, when we finally got our truck back after about a month and a half, the first thing that was evident was the "orange peel" texture on large areas of the truck. Then, 2 specific dings that we pointed out were not fixed at all they just painted over them. I am even more disappointed than I initially was (now a year later 2023) because the paint just keeps breaking down and is now cracking. We did notice the orange peel right away when we got it back 9/2022, but I guess I am too nice and didn't say anything about it at the time, but when I did mention the dings Mich Quiroz, the owner's son said to bring it back about a month later (Oct. 2022) because they were kind of busy at the time. We didn't end up taking it back because we didn't want to wait another month and a half again, and didn't have confidence with the business at that point anymore. Very disappointing paint job. This auto body shop is the best. Contacted them via Yelp for a quote. Purchased a car that needed the front bumper and it's components as well as the hood installed. I didn't know much about parts, but Anahí communicated with me the extra parts needed such as the hood latch striker, hinges, etc. The parts I wasn't able to find, she found them for a reasonable price. Dropped the car off Monday evening with Michel, he finished the car by Wednesday afternoon, just in time for my son's graduation! Thank you so much for getting this done.
