We dropped the car off in the AM Monday and had it back Tuesday late afternoon. There was a short delay due to waiting on a part I guess! Tip: a tiny part wasn't in but Josh Schekel who was the estimator handling my file, finalized the paperwork early which caused their system to make an automatic call notifying me to pick up my vehicle :/ and I had already returned my rental. They offered to get me a rental off their lot to fix the issue or wait. It took them 45 minutes to put all the the pieces back together. I could see they were rushing & I have the patience of a saint. Also missing small piece was ordered and in the shop days later, I wasn't called back on that Thursday when they received the part nor Friday, so I called and left a message Josh was in the office on the weekend apologized and said he would check if they had the parts and call me first thing Monday morning.
