I do not recommend this place. I brought in a rim for a minor repair due to a small dent, and it turned out to be the worst decision. I was told the job would take one day, but it wasn't returned until two weeks later after multiple failed attempts. When I finally got it back, the color did not match the other rims, and I was only given excuses for why it couldn't be done properly. What made it worse was the lack of communication -- I was never updated, and every time I reached out, I was told "tomorrow" or given another excuse. The owner was also very unfriendly. Although I wasn't charged for the service, they ruined a rim worth almost $1,600 by painting it incorrectly and in the wrong color. Update: What this person is saying is completely false. He repainted the rim because the initial job did not come out correctly. He claimed the issue was due to contamination from the tire protectant and mentioned something called "fish eye," which, as I understand, refers to that type of contamination. In my opinion, a skilled painter should be aware of such basic issues and inform the customer of potential problems in advance. Because he was unable to resolve the issue, I had to hire a third person to fix it. Furthermore, he never offered to replace the rim -- that was my own decision. The total cost was not $450 as he stated, but $1,600, which I had to pay due to the poor-quality work he performed. read more

I had my Son's car front and back bumper painted due to deep scrapes into the clear coat. Then My Car needed repainted for scratches. Here is How I would grade JJ's . Knowledge 10/10 He knew details about GM paint and how they only do a couple light coats and the type of paint used. He also knew about my son's Mercedes and suggested paint correction in most areas to save me money. Quality of Work 10/10 Not only was the paint job Amazing He did paint correction and Ceramic Coating Incredible. He suggested the clips that hold the rear 1/4 panels sag that is why I had a gap . I asked him to order them and install he did quickly and easily. I am more than pleased he is kind, very helpful on questions and suggestions. I even gave him some really challenging stuff like asking him to paint the automatic shifter in my Camaro SS and The Stabilizer Bar Under the Hood. My car has a difficult color to match, and although the rear bumper wasn't a 100% perfect match at first, I completely understand that mistakes happen. I wish I could give a higher rating because Jose was honestly a really nice and honest guy and charged a decent price. The biggest problem was that the quality of work wasn't the best. I first contacted him via Yelp and he was easily the quickest at answering messages which was great. He was able to see me in a reasonable amount of time. I believe it was within a week or two. We brought in a Toyota Corolla that had been backed into and had damage on the left side of the front bumper (see the before image). Jose did the repair fairly quickly and even offered to change the headlights for us too for free as a courtesy which was really nice. We just had to provide him with the part. He helped us find a good replacement headlight and we scheduled time with him to install them. Unfortunately, not too long after the headlights were installed, the bumper started to come off on the left side again. On June 14th, I contacted him about the bumper slowly starting to fall off again. I followed up again on June 22nd and he noted that he was out of the office and suggested a repair day. That day did not work for me and asked for another day but did not receive a response. On July 15th, about 23 days later, I followed up and he was able to squeeze me in. We dropped it off and he was once again kind enough to work on the car free of charge. He replaced a bumper side bracket which has so far been holding (look at the After (side that was hit) photo). It isn't perfectly flush which is okay. The biggest problem is that now the right side of the bumper that was previously okay is now uneven. I don't think it is at risk of coming off, which is good, but it definitely doesn't look right. I believe that Jose was likely trying to save me money by trying to get the bumper to stay on, even if it didn't look perfect, rather than replace it for a lot more money. I suppose I was expecting the bumper to be perfectly flush after the repair. If you are looking to not spend too much money and get good customer service, this is a great place to go. You may just want to consider spending more elsewhere if you want the repair to look a bit better. read more

I have a nice car but live In the San Joaquin Valley in town with not such nice weather! The high temperatures during the summer time be pretty grueling!
