Guillermo at Alpha Professional Detailing provided excellent service from start to finish. I called to request a quote on a Monday and was able to schedule a mobile detailing 2 days later. Guillermo and I communicated via text and he was able to detail my significant other's vehicle in our parking structure at our apartment. This was very convenient. I purchased the Silver package listed on his website as a gift for my significant other and her 2015 Mazda CX-5. Her SUV has been washed and vacuumed regularly, but hasn't had a good deep cleaning in 5 years. We have used it for our beach days and surfing adventures, so as you can imagine there is some residual sand left over that a normal car wash vacuum couldn't pick up. Guillermo did an excellent job detailing inside and out and even got pretty much every grain of sand out. He was even kind enough to clean the engine bay. Her Mazda looks brand new and straight off the lot from the dealership. Excellent work. I'd definitely recommend for quality, detailed washing. The previous owner of this car was a smoker and I am not. I spent the first day having headaches and coughing quite a bit from tobacco residue in the interior and the vents of the car.
