I went to PPD to see what they could do to my 2017 Ford Raptor truck and all the old looking black (now gray) plastic trim and bummer. I talked to Joab in the morning when I took my truck, he said they could totally work some magic. They 100% impressed me when I returned at end of day. My truck looks like new and I've never detailed any vehicle like this. They made all the trim look magically new, the bummer looks like replaced it b/c it looked new. I didn't really realize they would detail the INSIDE too. The leather interior never looked this good, maybe the day I bought it 10 years ago. In the past, I've paid extra at other places for inside detailing, but they came nowhere close to this job from PPD. The saying is true... you get what you pay for. I was recommended to Platinum Plus Detailing for PPF by another detailer who regularly details my cars. I wanted to have my Subaru's liftgate PPF'ed after I had scratched the paint when I accidentally closed my garage door on it. Joab and his team offered great service: initially they had laid the PPF but there was some dust caught under, so they put in the effort to try to get it out and relay it. Unfortunately this left a streak in the film, but Joab offered to relay it if I brought my car back the following day, which I did and they did a wonderful job. Two weeks later they had me bring the car back so that they could make sure the film laid and cured correctly, and fix anything that was lifting. I also had some window tint from another shop starting to lift at a corner, and Joab happily helped me cut that corner to prevent any further lifting, free of charge! Overall, Joab and his team at Platinum Plus Detailing offer excellent service! I will be recommending them to others as well as going back to them for my future tint, PPF, etc. needs. read more

Joab, Miguel, and Abel did an amazing job on my 2011 Acura! My interior car smelled really bad and Abel and team did an interior steam clean, shampoo (on leather interior), including the trunk upholstery, and a car wash. The interior of the car smelled like it was brand new out of the dealership and the car sparkled like out of a car magazine. The detailing job inside was impeccable, no dust or anything. My wife was amazed on the smell and workmanship, especially that the perfume smell that she purposely sprayed inside was now gone. When I showed Joab my other car that had tint that bubbled and needed to be replaced, he asked if I have the original paperwork and to reach out to the original installer and manufacturer to see if they would cover the costs of reinstalling the tint. At the end, he said that if I wanted to go through him, it would cost X to replace the tint. I thought that was so helpful and considerate that he gave me good advice and try the most cost effective solution first. Other contractors would have tried to sell me a new tint job, but not Joab. Tint job was immaculate and UV/IR rejection is top notch. I got a fix-it ticket 8 days later for having the front done too dark. (35% transparency on all windows and windshield) I called to schedule a retint expecting to pay for another install. Joab who worked on my car went out of his way and offered to swap out the front windows and windshield with 70% transparency tint for just the cost of materials. I called around 10 shops looking for a company to remove a stain off my center console. It was a pink stain and i have a tan leather console. Nothing i did worked and every shop i called told me to schedule an appointment or they will call me back with a date. I called Platinum Plus Detailing and spoke with Miguel, very very nice guy. I told him my issue and he said come down and him and his team will take a look and if they can take care of it they will, if not will give me options/solutions to handle it myself if needed. I went down and Joab came out (the owner) again very nice guy. I told him i talked to Miguel and the issue, he said Miguel was on a call and he will help me out. Went looked at the stain and he tried a few things and it didn't work. He asked me if we can try this other chemical it is a little harsher and might take away the leather dye a little, i said thats fine. We tried it and it removed the pink stain, but not the dye. It took a good amount of it off and was very faint. He explained to me with this type of leather you do not want to rub it harshly because it will remove the dye so you need to be careful. I asked him how much, and he said that he wasn't going to charge me and not to worry about it. Service was great, team was great, owner is great! I am more than happy with them even though i was not a paying customer, but if i need something which they offer I will definitely be coming here. read more
