Without looking too hard it's a good clean, but I've gotten details in the past and they've left my car looking brand new. This was more just like a good car wash. If your car is already pretty clean I would use them, but otherwise I don't think it was a true detail.

Initially went because I wanted the interior deep cleaned but exterior…read morejust a standard wash, but I got upsold to do a full interior and exterior wash + detail for $185, then was provided a discount on this price. Picked up the car and didn't think anything of it, didn't inspect the paint too closely because I assumed by the high reviews I'd be fine and taken care of. After going to fill gas at Costco the next day, under their great lighting, I noticed that my paint had swirls in it. Then I opened the gas cap and saw layer of dirt on the cap area. I've only had the car washed twice in its life (new car) and it was both done by Unique Car Wash, so there's no way it was done elsewhere, and even if it was, a wax should have taken care of the swirls by filling the scratches. This is probably the result of the place not doing a proper 2 step wash, using dirty microfiber towels and not even waxing the car. Other places offered the same service for $150 and offer claybar, wax, and other services. So I paid for a high end service, received a mediocre interior and exterior cleaning, and swirls in my paint. Don't recommend going here if you actually care about your cars paint, and if you want quality work done for a good price. Might as well take it to a drive through wash.

I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop in Huntington Beach for chrome deletes, wraps, or detailing, I highly recommend Rhino Film & Detail. Oh one last thing, they don't charge extra for credit card payments which we all know a lot of these smaller shops do.

Jack's Self Serve Car Wash exceeded those expectations. I arrived around 7:30 PM, and every wash bay was occupied. What immediately stood out was the clearly marked single-file queue with "WAIT HERE" painted on the ground. It's such a simple feature, but it creates order, fairness, and removes the awkward guessing game of trying to predict which bay will open next. The facility was clean, and every piece of equipment I used worked exactly as it should--the high-pressure washer, foam gun, body brush, and wheel brush. The amount of foam from both the foam gun and wheel brush was exceptionally generous, which made the wash much more effective and satisfying. Another feature I really appreciated was the pay-as-you-go timer. Instead of purchasing a fixed amount of time and racing against a countdown, the timer counts up. You simply press Start, wash at your own pace, and press Stop when you're finished. I started and stopped the timer twice, paying only for the time I actually used. It's a customer-friendly system that feels fair and transparent. Overall, this was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Thoughtful design, well-maintained equipment, and a fair payment system made this the best self-service car wash I've used. I'll definitely be back.

My jet black car had severe swirl marks from years of wear and tear. I had nearly lost hope but Jason saved my car. Before and after photos don't do justice for the work he did, but you get the idea. Gavin is a very good entrepreneur. He works hard and is smart about what he does. He does ceramic coating for autos. I had my car in for a ceramic coating; the swirl marks from brush carwashes are all buffed out and gone. They even touched up a few scratches with the factory paint I supplied, which looks 100% better. The price is reasonable, and the turnaround was a day and a half. read more

I wanted to detail my Porsche but was extremely scared of ruining the paint. Being OCD and a perfectionist I put a lot of pressure on myself and was afraid to talk to a real person with years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, would he think I was a hacky amateur who wouldn't respect his artform? From the first phone call, he connected with me and put me at ease, he offered me the opportunity to drive up, show him my car and have him take a look at it and offer suggestions on my technique. Wow! Jeff spent 2 hours of his precious time going over a lot of his experience, what I was doing wrong, how correctable it was and the proper technique of doing it right. He took a look at my car and told me I was using my tire products wrong (very respectfully and also explained why), my technique with the buffer which works reasonably well with metallic paints wasn't doing very well with this non-metallic black paint. He gave me instructions, allowed me to write them down and also gave me a polishing and finishing pad(!!!) to use. He suggested I get a test panel from a body shop (which I did later that day!). He was/is an amazing human being willing to teach a hobbyist. I am seriously considering just having him do all the work on my car because of his openness, passion, eye for detail and most of all, his invaluable experience!!!
