Before I came across Allure Auto Spa; I only knew about ceramic spray. Before I decided to give Jason a call; I did intensively research on the difference between spray and coating applied by a professional. Allure Auto Spa definitely caught my eye with the tremendous positive reviews and Top 10 ceramic coating in Orange County. After learning more about ceramic coating; I gave Jason a call to come in for an inspection. He was very knowledgeable and only was with the recommendations he believed to be beneficial for my cars needs. (In which I appreciated because he wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need) First service, Dave repair a dent on the driver's side and did a tremendous job; it left me speechless. Allure Auto Spa in Newport Beach provides an excellent service, and I would highly them to anyone looking to protect their new car with a ceramic coating. First, you should do your own research and decide if ceramic paint protection is what you are looking for, ceramic is their specialty. It's in the name of their business. The manager, Jason, is extremely service oriented. He answered all of my questions and concerns and he offered an appointment later in the week. I hired them on the spot, just based on Jason's honesty and on his attitude. Ceramics is a long term investment and if you've done your research you'll know it comes at a certain price point. It's now only a month or so in for me so it's impossible to give a long term review of the results. However, I'll attach a photo of my car to demonstrate the immediate results of Allure's detailing process. Allure's facilities are impeccably clean, and they have ample room in their shop to service several vehicles. They're located in the part of town where you likely won't wander to unless you're servicing your car or boat. The office is a little hard to spot, the address and map locations on Yelp are accurate. Other reviews have mentioned Jason's dog, she is very docile. If you are afraid of dogs, just conduct your business outside of the office area. After researching yelp and google I received a quote from Jason and it was over the phone with a 30 minute education on the process and benefits of ceramic coating. My truck was only two weeks old when I brought it in after deciding Jason was the guy and let me tell you it looks a 100% better than it did when I received it from the dealer. The color is so much deeper and richer, not to mention the shine. After my truck was finished Jason walked around the whole vehicle to make sure I was completely happy with the way it turned out. He then gave me a 30 minute lesson on how to care for my truck and also a page with links on products to get to ensure it stays looking this good. Hello, to all my yelpers! This is going to be a quick write-up on Allure Auto Spa located in Newport Beach, CA. So for those of you in this area and are looking for a detailer, then this write-up might be for you! And if you're not in the area? Well, this article is STILL for you as Allure warrants a drive for exemplary service. TLDR; Outstanding customer service and workmanship. Prices are reasonable for what's offered in regard to ceramic application and detailing. Jason and George are a dynamic duo that'll leave your car looking absolutely refreshed and sexy. Car: 2016 340i Customer Service: S++ After a 10-minute phone call with Jason, I was impressed by his approach of sidestepping gimmicky sales pitches as he opted to connect with me and get to know me on a more personal level through our shared love interest of cars. Straight away he was more interested in talking about my 340i than the various packages that he had to offer. Based on our talk, the depth of his knowledge in regard to detailing and overall car care, I decided to set up an appointment with him the next day for a full 1-step paint correction coupled with his signature package ceramic coating. I dropped my car off at 10 AM the next day after I got off work (night shift), and handed him the keys to my baby. He kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of my car and sent pictures/detailed the current step he was on simply for peace of mind and to keep me in the loop. I got a message the next day that my car was ready (due to timings from the prior day I had to leave the car in the shop overnight). I went in and what I saw was almost sexual with the way my car was presented under the shop lights. Workmanship: S++ No square inch was missed. Virtually all swirling and scratches were removed with a 1-step except for 2 panels (IIRC) which needed a 2-step. The attention to detail was also impeccable. I couldn't find a single lifted spot on the paint from him missing, and I went over the car with a fine-tooth comb. The paint was ultra-buttery smooth and the depth of clarity + gloss and shine was/is superb. Additionally, Jason refreshed the interior of my car and brought back that "out the factory" new look. Lastly, the organization and cleanliness of the workplace is also a big plus in my book. All products used from car soap, abrasive compounds, polishes, pads, ceramic coating, powertools, etc., were all top-notch products. Clearly, no corners were cut here; from the high-grade materials used to the phenomenal workmanship that spoke for itself based mirror finish of my car, Allure Auto Spa is a detailer worth supporting here in SoCal. Meticulous, attention to detail, professional, these are the words that come to mind when thinking of Allure Auto Spa and Jason. I am not the easiest customer to deal with and Jason always gives me the time to explain the entire process and what exactly I should expect. I first called him wanting more information for an interior and exterior detail, if there was a reoccurring package I could purchase. I never knew products like Clear Bra and ceramic wraps existed. I just bought a used F10 M5 and wanted to protect it. I sent Jason photos of my current bumper with rock chips and scrapes from the previous owner hitting the high points on the road. He advised that I get it fixed before the wrap and recommended people to call. I was in a rush and went with the fastest and cheapest option I found, not through his recommendations. When I brought my car to Jason, he immediately noticed the slight color mismatch and numerous new scratches all over the bumpers. He spent many more hours just working these scratches out, while sending me videos and photos of the car during the entire process. Jason and his team at Allure took great care of my 2014 Mini Cooper. I needed some serious detailing as my car has traveled from Hawaii and its sandy beaches and salt water air, to Northern CA and now Southern CA, with wildfires, smoke, and ash all embedded into my car. It was time for me to sell my car, and I wanted to give it a proper send off. By the time Jason and the team finished at the end of the day (the sandy interiors held them back a few hours) I was blown away at how much it looked brand new. It took them at least 3 clay bars with their Clay & Polish service to get the paint smooth to the touch. This came in handy when the seller inspected the paint. They were even able to safely remove the standard safety check inspection sticker that HI vehicles have to place on the bumper, which was a nice added bonus.
