No worries, contacted the vendor cause companies are usually helpful when things like this happen. Nope, not these guys... they were basically like, sorry NOT sorry. Even though my daughter only went one more time because she said the wash DID NOT EVEN GET HER CAR CLEAN, so she didn't bother going again. I explained that we didn't know it was a recurring subscription, I had asked to sign up for the month, there was such a long line of cars waiting, the guy didn't tell me anyyyy info other than giving me the form and the spots to mark (why wouldn't that be the first thing they say????)... but I guess I should have paused and read the fine print. True, that's my bad, but I guess I'm too trusting in a local vendor? Especially when I stated I just wanted to sign up for the month... not indefinitely. They did offer to extend the car washes for two months, but given the fact that my daughter's car barely got clean AND there are several reviews about cars being scratched, I'd rather eat the money and support another local business. I basically paid, $87 for two mediocre car washes, 4 unhelpful customer service emails and a whole waste of my time.

Picked up the car and didn't think anything of it, didn't inspect the paint too closely because I assumed by the high reviews I'd be fine and taken care of. After going to fill gas at Costco the next day, under their great lighting, I noticed that my paint had swirls in it. Then I opened the gas cap and saw layer of dirt on the cap area. I've only had the car washed twice in its life (new car) and it was both done by Unique Car Wash, so there's no way it was done elsewhere, and even if it was, a wax should have taken care of the swirls by filling the scratches. This is probably the result of the place not doing a proper 2 step wash, using dirty microfiber towels and not even waxing the car. Other places offered the same service for $150 and offer claybar, wax, and other services. So I paid for a high end service, received a mediocre interior and exterior cleaning, and swirls in my paint. Don't recommend going here if you actually care about your cars paint, and if you want quality work done for a good price. Might as well take it to a drive through wash.

She also sent a video of my car to my husband phone, then mine, once the technician started to check the car in. Laura stayed in touch and updated on the status of the car, which was done by noon the next day. Pickup was smooth, and Laura pleasantly assisted throughout the whole process. I also wanted to thank David for his assistance and his pleasant demeanor. This dealership is first class and top notch on their service. My car was also washed and spotless when I picked it up. I bought a certified car from these folks that (unbeknownst to me) had $30,000 worth of pre…read moreexisting conditions and issues. it needed a Timing cover reseal Valve cover gaskets Cardan shaft Alternator Starter relay switch Replacement fuel pump as part of a recall an endless list of warranty repairs Before purchasing, I received documentation from the service manager, used car manager, and certifying Porsche technician that the car passed the 111 point CPO inspection and had no oil leaks or issues. I noticed after purchase issues immediately and brought the vehicle back to have them resolved. On three separate occasions when the car was in for service, I was assured that oil leaks were residual oil from previous repairs that had not been cleaned up. To protect them from any liabilities, they used this as an excuse to cover up their lies. The undercarriage was repeatedly detailed to hide the leaks, and the issues were never resolved. Between service and sales, the entire team was dishonest and disrespectful. I worked with Robert Fischer (sales), Maria Perez-Castillo (service manager), Anette (assistant service manager), Tim Tauber (general manager), Evan Lebrun (service advisor), & Simon Chen (service advisor). None of these individuals were transparent with me, and absolutely no one at this dealership made an effort to ensure that my Macan Turbo was up to CPO spec. I am disappointed with the outcome and how after 8 attempts, no one at the dealership made an effort to solve the problem to my satisfaction. On 6/23/2023 I proposed a solution to remedy my dissatisfaction. I have not received a satisfactory response. I am shocked that Porsche Newport Beach would be so short sided as to where they are more inclined to rip off their customers and the manufacturer on warranty work than operate in a truthful and respectful manner.

For the same price price I could have paid the local car wash to do it for me instead of me doing it myself. I probably will use this very limited instead of regularly like I have been for years.

I had Brandon do a ceramic coating on my Porsche Panamera. He did an amazing job and my paint totally pops now! He was very responsive and flexible - even rescheduled when the first appointment day was raining. He could have just taken the money and did it that day, but he suggested doing it when the weather was better. I really appreciate his integrity! Not only did he do a great job, but he took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me great instructions on how I can maintain the shine of my paint. My mom had passed unexpectedly and went to go sell car. She never really drove car but it was parked outside for 90% life of car and paint was in such bad shape that dealers and private buyers were low balling me. She probably never had it waxed but after he worked on it for a few hours it made selling it that much easier. I actually got 2500 higher than when I first started to look at letting go. I was looking to protect my investment on a new SuperDuty with a ceramic coating. Shoreline/Brandon responded within minutes and provided all details for the project. We arranged a later date and time with a prompt update prior to arrival. The job was completed within the promised window and even included a wash and detail on a second car! We've only had to pass on their service one visit due to rain pending, and it was not an issue. We have been having our cars detailed by On Point for the last few months and we appreciate they keep to a schedule with us.
