Two weeks in I had to call them and found out what was going on. They said oh will not have the tub until 5 weeks . When asked why they did not call and tell me crickets. I made numerous calls to ask questions no one but salesperson called and not getting anything except the AI text on scheduling and not a time just a day. So. I have to wait all day or whenever they get here. Still waiting on tub. DO YOU SELF A FAVOR DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I was speaking with Kyle who stated he is in upper management when there were suddenly two additional speakers on the line throwing accusations at me. I was unaware that I was on speaker phone with multiple people in the office with Kyle. I have attempted to reach out to Ronak Shah, President, of Galaxy with the following message. It is doubtful I get resolution, but it would be nice for a company taking significant money from consumers to hold accountability for their actions. Dear Mr. Shah, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out in hopes of receiving assistance and resolution regarding several issues related to my recent pool installation. Following my most recent text message sent to your company on May 3, 2025, I have not received a response from your management team. As a result, I felt it necessary to contact you directly. There are multiple concerns I would like to address: The pool was installed on an unscheduled date. Despite a detailed conversation with your employee Kyle, we were unable to reach a resolution regarding the contractor's accidental cutting of my main power supply line. There was confusion and a disagreement concerning the correct installation date. Kyle and others in the office insisted the install was scheduled for April 22nd, which is not accurate. I have saved text messages and confirmation from the sales representative indicating the agreed date was May 2nd--also consistent with your company's own records. In fact, the contractors showed up at my home on April 23 to determine the condition of the yard due to heavy rains received for several days. It was agreed in a conversation with the contractor on April 22nd that this was a site visit to determine when install could take place. There was no agreement to change the confirmed date of May 2nd. Additional issues include a leaking skimmer basket once the water reached that level, the fiberglass steps have been supported by a discarded 2x6 with screws which falls outside manufacturer recommendations, and a second plumbing leak that began after the contractor repaired the skimmer basket. This issue has not been addressed, and I am still losing water while the pump is running. While I understand that challenges can occur during construction projects, my concern lies in the lack of communication and follow-through, especially after full payment was made several months ago. I engaged your company based on its reputation for professionalism and quality, and I believe these matters can be resolved through a constructive and respectful conversation. I would appreciate a prompt response and a clear plan of action to move toward resolution and avoid further escalation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They showed up to install the pool at 5 pm on a Tuesday evening. They did not use all the sand asked for and left it piled on my grass. The installer was very unprofessional with me when he said we may need more sand, why the did not use what was there he said it would not help. They were unable to complete the installation and left at 1030pm, said they would need to return to complete. We waited 2 days an not on person showed up to finish. They had not even installed the skimmer and return for the filter system. Matt Hale told us to start filling the pool and he would get someone to install the items. The liner had not been stretched and there were creases and wrinkles all over. Being on a water well filling was taking a long time. Lord and behold the storms came and the pool collapsed. We contacted Family Leisure about this and Matt Hale said that it was not their problem anymore and to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. Family Leisure did say they would come and change things out for $4,700.00 pluss. Needless to say I will never use or recommend this company again or to anyone for the service we were provided. Absolutely a disgusting way to conduct business. John C. Guy

I mean we could order a new power cord to see if that's the problem but if it's not then we will have to spend another $400 for a new system. Conveniently enough our system is just out of warranty. They offered no help whatsoever. All they want is your money and once they get it, they don't care about the issues you have. This company is a joke.
