They called a day later saying repairs will be about two weeks. I did not get my car back until October 28th. I had received my car with a large crack in my windshield that I was not notified about. They claimed no fault, and I ended up having to pay half the deductible despite my car not having that damage beforehand. They did have a clause within their contract that makes it so they are not liable for any damage to the glass of the car in their possession. They had claimed it was a mixture of temperature and rock fracture damage. The photo attached of the crack does NOT line up with any rock damage I have ever seen. While getting my window replaced (by a partner company) I was then notified my car was missing more pieces. Flagstaff Collision Center did not notify me of this either. I do not trust this car repair shop after the unprofessional experience I had with them. Granted, the people I dealt with were nice, but it does not fix what was and still is broken from my car.

Unfortunately for me, my saddlebags were discontinued by Harley-Davidson, and used bags are rare to find. I shopped around several local body shops and luckily Red Rock Collision was enthusiastic when they saw my saddlebag. They also repair RVs among the many vehicles with fiberglass and ABS plastics exteriors, explaining how they would approach the repair. John, the owner and Ian the estimator reassured me the bag was salvageable... in fact they said I'd not be able to detect the repair on the exterior of the bag, but there would be a tiny crack you'd have to strain to see on the interior. The best part of their quote, they would do all the insurance communication! They were true to their commitments. The insurance hassle, gone. The work, the complex repair and the paint, awesome. Luckily the truck driver was able to switch lanes really quick and only caught the left front end of her car. So they fixed hers now it's my turn. While in Walmart shopping with the wife, we came back to the truck and noticed this damage. Needless to say I was pissed. Called the police dept and was told that Walmarts parking lot is private property so they'll not investigate or do anything like that. I've not heard of such a thing about parking lots. Today, I'm trusting my baby, ok well the truck, here at Caliber Collision. Service advisor is Tristan and seems like a really nice intelligent guy so I think my trucks in good hands. I'm very picky with my truck. Lol Spend too much money on them these days. I will add pics of the repairs and so you all can be the judge of the repairs. The alarming part is it took me to notice this when picking up the car. We were told they would order a new wheel and make it right, only to be told a few days later they were going to have it repainted, which is unacceptable and not what we were told. Today, I decided to clean the car and noticed there was paint over spray on about 75% of the car. Then I noticed a mar down the hood and there is damage to the inside of the passenger door which they probably had to remove to do the repair and paint. Moral of the story for others, when picking up your car from this location do a thorough inspection before picking it up. The staff is friendly enough, but that is the only positive thing I can say. Needless to say I am pretty irritated.
