There was an issue with an incorrect address on a shipment, and instead of just flagging it, she took the initiative to do some detective work to figure out the likely correct destination. She then called me directly to confirm and made sure my packages got where they needed to go. That level of care, ownership, and follow-through is rare. The employee directed me somewhere else to get it printed, so I ended up driving around the valley only to find out that the place she sent me to couldn't help me either. After finally getting the label printed and driving all the way back, I was then told that I needed to have the package completely taped and sealed before they would accept it. I asked if I could simply use some tape to close the package, and was told I had to purchase an entire roll. They are all fat and lazy so I guess I shouldn't expect much.
