I use this UPS Store to return Amazon items and occasionally ship something out. Never have had a problem. Unlike other UPS Stores I've been to, this location seems to always have at least two employees working, sometimes three, to keep things moving. They do have an Amazon self-serve return kiosk, so that also helps. Good location for me, so I'll keep using them. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? The store #5716 is convenient, but the two men behind the counter are clueless. 9:30am. No one else in the store, I have a big heavy package and I told them it was and they said nothing. They kept talking to each other as if I wasn't there. I went out to my car to get it and struggled with it to get the door open and in on the counter. I told them again it was heavy for me, and the younger guy said "oh that's ok just set it here." Are you kidding? I'm older with a bad shoulder. This is why I like doing my returns to Amazon at kohls. They'll help me so much better. Someone needs to train these men on how to give great customer service. To everyone. read more

Just an Amazon depot, not about customer service anymore. I supported this business for years through a family business that relied on UPS Store printing services. We printed +/- 1000 sheets monthly. I know times have changed and we don't print as frequently, as a society. Our family business is no longer open. Recently, I sent in a small print request by email, as I used to do often. A few days later I followed up with another email when I didn't hear back. A week later I tried to reach them by phone to see if they still offer print services. Left a voicemail and didn't hear back. I've called twice since leaving a voicemail and no one picks up, they send the call to the answering machine each time. If you have an Amazon package, they'll help. But if you need anything else, I'd suggest FedEx. You can submit a print request online through a simple portal and get a notification when it's ready for pickup. read more

I have used this location many times in the past to send my art work. The packer who packed my things in the past was great and everything arrived safely. The last two times (since that packer left/was not on duty) both items arrived broken. The first time the reciever of my art didn't trust UPS to take the item away when we tried to make a claim. The second time, the recipient mended the item herself. Both of these people said that the art was inadequately packed. Given that I paid between $45 and $70 for this service, to say that I am disappointed is an understatement. When I tried to take it up with the manager of the office he said it was packed to guidelines. The guidelines must be therefore bad??? He also said that as it a franchise, once it leaves them, it is out of their hands.................I won't be using UPS again for packing my artwork. I will pack them myself and take my chances with the general post office. SO much cheaper. read more

This location should get 0 STARS! I am LIVID, beyond frustrated. Not only is there phone mailbox full and no one ever answers the phone, but in May I went to fax some extremely EXTREMELY important documents that I had NEVER had an issue with at this location BUT it was a different employee whom I'd never seen (she wasn't wearing a name tag) all I can remember is that she had blue hair that was short and not only was playing extremely inappropriate music LOUDLY but was completely goofing around with the other younger male staff. They didn't greet me, and they both were talking to each other before and after I asked to send my fax, 19 pages is what I was charged for but the business only received the ODD numbers. That means she had 0 idea on what or how to send a double sided paper fax! HOW CAN YOU WORK AT UPS AND NOT KNOW HOW TO SEND A FAX?!? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE?!? PLEASE!!! I went back because I was sent a final notice letter saying it was missing pages X, Y, Z. I figured it was a mistake on the company's fault and not the employee with BLUE SHORT HAIR & GLASSES from May 5th @ 6:07 P.M. It says on my receipt employee #198554 So then I went in on the 19th of May and this time her and the younger gentleman were chatting up a storm, not really giving any customer service skills that I know UPS expects from there employees! This time the male helped me and he even asked the girl with the blue hair "how do you send a fax that has two sides?! She replied with a fast and careless laughing "I don't know?! Ha ha" I immediately should have taken my business elsewhere but I needed this sent out immediately so I asked the employee #202371 to just go ahead and send the other sides of the paper with another fax since he didn't know what he was doing and the blue haired employee clearly didn't care what happened she was in her own world singing the music they had plugged in that definitely anytime I've gone into this store they never have a phone or any kind of laptop etc playing music through the speakers! He sent 4 papers and charged me the SAME amount I was charged by the employee with blue hair who messed EVERYTHING UP FOR ME THE FIRST TIME! If you DON'T know WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND THE COVER SHEET EVEN SAYS THERE ARE 19 pages but you sent out 9 of those pages SINCE I HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY THAT CLOSED OUT MY DAUGHTERS HEALTH INSURANCE THAT SPECIFICALLY SAID THEY ONLY RECEIVED ODD NUMBERS! I am enraged! Now that it is canceled I have to re do EVERYTHING & these "new kids" that work there have 0 idea of what is going on nor do they care?!? Why did I have to be the one to tell the male employee on May 19th at 6:02 P.M. how to send a fax? Why did I have to pay extra money when HE ALSO DID NOT SEND THE FAX correctly even though I specifically told him to please send the other side in a different fax if he couldn't figure it out??? I've been faxing updates since 2020 and have NEVER had an issue. WHY?! WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU THINK ITS OKAY ESPECIALLY WHEN I TOLD THESE EMPLOYEES HOW IMPORTANT THESE FAXES WERE?!? I'm just in complete disbelief that someone could be so incompetent, and not only that but disrespectful! I'm sure the older man behind me didn't want to hear a song talking about "sex & using curse words" HAVE SOME RESPECT! This store has completely changed. I really hope something comes of this, this was and IS serious. A simple "oops" or "I didn't know" isn't going to help the fact that I am speechless on how and what I can do to get my child's HEALTH problems taken care of more then ever now that I'm going to have to wait all because of someone not caring to do there JOB! i have verizon but apparently the signal doesn't work in this area. i went to return two items from amazon but i couldn't get any signal to pull up the return labels. it took a long time to load i had to go in and out of the ups store. when i asked if they had wifi they said the did not. so this area has so signal according to the ups rep and they also don't have wifi. i don't recommend this ups location because you can't load return labels from amazon. read more

I've been using this location for Amazon pick ups to avoid porch pirates. Went in this week to pick up a few boxes and they now charge $5 per item. Nothing is posted and this was not done until very recently so look out! I'll be shipping my packages elsewhere from now on! read more

There's not a lot you can say about a UPS store, but at this location whenever I drop off a package I seriously just walk in, hand it to the person at the front, and they give me a receipt if I want one. Compared to FedEx it is much preferred because I am in and out in about 30 seconds every time. read more

I was a customer of this store for over three years, with a mailbox. The service has been great, but a recent experience has caused me to rethink the service here.... I think like most people, I am getting less and less mail. As I am on the go a lot, I like the ability of having packages delivered without the hassle of having to be home to receive them. About 10 months ago I moved, and did not want to change addresses; despite the fact that there is a mail store much closer to my house. This was clearly a mistake as I am about to share. About a month ago, I went in to pick up my mail. I have never really used my key, just ask one of the clerks to grab my mail... they always do, without a problem and recognize me.Got my mail and a package, and off I went. There was several things there, I had not been by to pick up my mail for a couple of weeks. About 10 days later, I had a meeting at Costa Vida, just a couple of doors down, and stopped in to get my mail. Same experience, just had a few things. A week later, I was meeting someone at Starbucks, again a couple of doors down, and went in to get my mail. I asked to check the box, and the clerk did as usual. She advised that I did not have anything. No biggie, this is common and I turned to leave the store. As I was leaving, the clear asked me "do you have a box here anymore?" I said, "yeas, I have had a box here for three years." She then advised that my name is no longer on the box. She went to the computer and check, and advised that my account had been closed for non-payment. I thought this to be strange, as I was just in a few times over the past couple of weeks, picked up mail, spoke with employees, and no one said a thing to me. Needless to say... I was stunned. My mail had been rejected, and it may have been rejected for a week or so. I asked to pay my balance and pay for the service, and was told that I would need to complete an application and pay the start up fee. She also stated I needed two forms of ID; which is standard to start the service. As I was driven to the location for my meeting, I had just a credit card and some cash, and unable to reopen my account... Yes, I was very annoyed. After being a customer for 3 years, my account was closed for non payment. I feel the very least they could have done was to advise me on one of the 3 recent visits prior to telling me my mail was being rejected. The have my phone and email address, and I was never notified. I am sorry that I did not pay my bill, but I would think that giving me a bill, perhaps a reminder, and a final statement to let me know what was happening. How about a phone call or at least an email to let me know. The next day, I opened a mail box at a more convent mail drop next to my new home. The cost is half the price of what UPS charges, I now have 24 hour access to mail (something I did not have before), and even more service access. I shared my experience with the manager at the new store... she was shocked. She said that is something they would never do. Worse case scenario, they would hold my mail until payment was made. I generally take care of these things, but travel a lot so it is nice to know I do not have to worry that my mail would be rejected if I forget to pay my bill. I was a customer here for 3 years, and a customer of another UPS store location for 2 years prior to that.... never again. read more

Irresponsibly managed. I am signed up for MyChoice with UPS. That means UPS deliveries sent to me are redirected to this UPS Store so that I don't have to worry about missing a delivery at home or having it stolen off the porch. A great service in theory. Unfortunately, this particular privately owned UPS Store doesn't take it's responsibilities seriously, On several occasions I have received email confirmations of packages ready for pickup at this UPS store only to go there and be told they don't have a package for me. Today was the latest. The UPS tracking clearly says the item is there. There is a "proof of delivery" link that details delivery to the front counter, saying it was signed for by KAZ on 01/14/2023 @ 10:33 A.M. Yet when I went in there at around 5pm today, 1/17/2023, I was told they did not have a package for me. Again, this is not the first time this has happened. It has happened several times over the years. There seems to be no accountability at this privately owned UPS store. Today I asked for the Store's phone number so I could call them with additional info when I got home. But when I tried to call, I got routed through the exact same UPS customer service system that I get when I call UPS customer support. Thus there is no way to actually talk to someone at the UPS Store on the phone. With the phone number routing calls directly to Egypt, the owners apparently do a great job of shielding themselves. APPARENLY the UPS driver presents them a list of tracking numbers and these morons just accept the list of numbers as proof that everything on that list has been delivered without actually scanning the packages themselves to verify they are being delivered. A ridiculous, inexcusable practice. Saves time for the Store employees and UPS driver, but how do I get my own wasted time and gas back? Do it right. The driver can wait while you scan in the packages. That's part of their job. Hello? read more

I know I just posted a month ago but this store deserves a rating every time I go just because it's so out of the nowadays ordinary - they are fantastic! I hate to stereotype ages, but even the younger "kids" are just nice and helpful and friendly! It reflects on the management of this place that they put a value on customer service. Every time I go in I'm just so amazed that every employee is in a good mood, they know what they're doing and how to help, no one makes you feel like you're an idiot because you don't know certain details (you know those places - where because THEY know how to do something they expect you should know too, even though you don't specialize at all in mailing items). I think if I was feeling down I would find something to ship via this UPS store because I bet I would be cheered up by the friendly, helpful staff here. Love it! The service here is always good and the employees are pretty helpful. My only suggestion is having more employees scheduled during the afternoon. I work nearby and sometimes stop by on my lunch break. If it is between 1-3, there is usually only one person (the guy with the long blonde hair) running the store. The last two times I have been in, there has been a line out the door and about a twenty minute wait. It is pretty inconvenient and the poor guy working seems like he could use some help. read more
