The staff were creative and helpful, working with me to design a name plate for a gift that turned out exactly how I envisioned it. I was charged a fair price for the time and service, and am really pleased with the final product. I am sad to think how unusual it is to get this type of service these days. Rarely do small business live up to their promise of client satisfaction and customer care at reasonable rates. However this place is exactly what a small business should be, focused on their customers and delivering a better product than online retailers. They obviously take pride in their work and are willing to go above and beyond to maintain their clientele. While I was there I also witnessed numerous other happy customers come and go, each experiencing the same polite attitude and high quality of service that I experienced from the gentleman helping me. Cons: I was quoted a price and once they heard I needed it by the following day, they held my bible til the day of pick up and called me in attempt to add on additional costs hoping I'd budge in a vulnerable situation, knowing they committed to the timeline of that day. I did not so they honored the price they originally quoted me. More importantly, when I picked up the engraved piece, the font was so tiny, I could barely see it. I was promised black engraving and it was returned as same color engraving. I'm not sure who does the day time engraving there but I wished it was someone more skilled in the trade. I was considering getting my aunts Christmas gift (engraved silverware) from there but after this experience, I will not. I do appreciate the meeting the deadline but am not thrilled with the finished product.

I finally just kind of had to ballpark guess what size I needed for the printing. The turnaround time was decent. I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday I believe and I was called to pick up on Monday or Tuesday. The price was decent. Those are their saving graces. The print job was decent. Except their is a bit of a yellow tint on the outside of the number. Kind of annoying. But nothing I can really do about it. The shorts aren't made anymore so I can't buy them again.
