*COVID TEST REVIEW* Experience at office: 5/5 stars Experience getting test results: 0/5 stars I made a test online for the same day because I woke up feeling sick. They let me put in my info ahead of time which made paperwork easy at the actual appointment. There was very minimal wait time - they did two swabs - one for rapid and one for PCR tests. Everyone was very nice and speedy. I was told I'd receive a call for my rapid and pcr results. The next day, I still hadn't heard anything so I called them and asked if my rapid test results were in. They told me it came back negative and that pcr results would be in in a day or two. It has now been 10 days since getting a test and I still do not have pcr results. I have called every other day and they claim that their lab is very backed up on tests. In short, don't go to them for a PCR test because it could take weeks. Additionally, they did not send an email or call after getting my rapid test results, so if you do go here, be ready to call repeatedly to get your results. read more

I found myself in a quandary as I was leaving to go out of town & needed proof of a negative Covid test. I had been to 2 other urgent cares with lines super long, or they ran out of the Rapid tests. The staff was more than accommodating and helpful. They got me in (apt only) and happened to run out of rapid test right before my apt. However, the manager went to go get another box. I then realized my drivers license was not with me & they worked with me on that as well! (my son emailed them a copy of my passport) all were very warm, friendly, and professional. So, I came before they closed (7:45) and the front desk representative seemed like she didnt want to take me. Barely even greeting me, I gave the first hello, and the first thing she says is "you know we close in 15 minutes Right" This lady was on the last shift of 12/15/22. I understnd you are about to close, Butttt I'm here prior to. I would appreciate the curtesy of still being kind and following protocol. However, I didn't have my insurance card with me however i have the my insurance is number and she said "oh we can't look it up" So we can't take you. Mam Its 2022! Ive been there before with no insurance card and they looked it up. I think she only did that because she didn't want to go thru the process, so close to closing. She was rude so I just left. I went to the urgent care down the street, they were welcoming, and with my Insurance NUMBER. No problem. She looked it up I was in and out of that urgent care within 20 minutes and the Dr plus front desk were so nice and helpful. It worked out for the best. Hands-down this is one of the best primary care facilities I've ever been to the doctors genuinely care about their patients! I had a very serious neck fusion surgery several months ago one of the doctors here even went as far as to call and check on me while I was at home now I'm here currently being seen for a few other issues and the staff goes absolutely above and beyond! I have used this urgent care multiple times over the years because it is closest to my dads house in bloomfield hills. I have no insurance and the visit fee is very affordable! The doctors are very experienced and treat you sometimes better than a primary physician can. My dad was shivering and I didn't know what was wrong with him. My pharmacist told me that he needs to be tests in case it was neumonia . I took dad to telegraph urgent care and they did some tests and it was sure nemonia. I am so glad that I took him. They prescribed medication for him and he is much better now. I take my son too for his allergies. read more

I went in this week with an upper respiratory infection. I was seen quickly by the medical assistant (Christian), and then the PA (Lucy). Both were very pleasant and competent. I had an xray taken, and Lucy spent time explaining my condition and her treatment plan. Overall, I am extremely pleased with how I was treated and would not hesitate to go back. read more

I had the misfortune of needing an urgent care on Sunday afternoon and chose Telegraph Urgent Care. Upon my arrival and struggle to get out of my car because of severe knee pain, I was met at the door by Caitlyn, the Nurse Practitioner and Sandra, the MA who saw me struggling and offered me a wheelchair and then their assistance. After a VERY short period of time with paperwork and vitals, they immediately took me in for x-rays. Within 1/2 hour I was on my way home with prescriptions, instructions for continued care and orthopedic recommendations (in the area I live in!!) should I need further care. While on my way home, I received a call from the clinic with the x-ray results from the radiologist!! Last night (48 hours after my visit) I received a follow up call from Christian asking how I was doing and if there was anything more they could help me with..... WOW.....never expected to receive that type of service!! I would not hesitate to go back or refer anyone who needs an excellent urgent care!! read more

Horrible experience!!!! I would give them zero stars if I could and I am considering reporting them! I'll start from the beginning. Went in on August 5th because I moved about 45 minutes away from my primary doctor. So I was in search of finding a new primary that lives in my area. Told them this and in comes the doctor who's name is "Olga Parfenou" but the staff said her last name was "stroum". (Weird but whatever right). So we start speaking and I tell her whats going on with me and why I am in need of another primary doctor to continue my treatment for major depression and chronic insomnia. I knew an urgent care could not be my primary but until I found one I needed a refill of my daily medications for my treatment that has been going on now for about 2 years. Olga states that she would not only be able to be my primary but she was also going to change up the medication that I felt no longer worked for me. So, on AUG. 5th got to get off one medication that Ive been wanting to stop but my old primary did not want to take me off of it and the other medication was for the chronic insomnia that I wanted to continue until we found another medication that would get me to sleep and help me stay asleep during the night, so that I can function properly during the day. I currently have two jobs and I am also in a very intense graduate program (Full-Time). I need my sleep! So, anyways we continued my sleep medication, my blood was drawn that day to see what my levels were across the panel because we were planning to find alternative means (treatments)for the depression and the insomnia. I come back 3 1/2 weeks later to find out my blood results and to get a refill for my sleep medication or whatever alternative that "Olga" was going to determine from my blood results. (Which we discussed in immense detail the last time I was there). I Get in to the room and was immediately told that someone had called me last week and left a message about my blood results. (I DO NOT HAVE ONE MISSED CALL OR ANY MESSAGE FROM THIS OFFICE), but moving on. Then I was told by OLGA that she would have never agreed to continue to treat me for my depression and chronic insomnia! It was like I was talking to a whole different person! She stated that most of the things on my blood panel was normal but my protein was a little high and my vitamin D was too low. Then preceded to tell me that an NA (Nurse assistant) called her the same day on AUG. 5th asking for her DEA number so they could fill my sleep medication. (If you know anything about pharmacies, then you would know that an NA would have never called her from a pharmacy to fill a medication!) And how would any pharmacy be able to fill a medication without her DEA number in the first place? (This is crazy). Come to find she is not even a doctor! She is in residency, who is working under a doctor. (So how would she has been able to be my Primary Doctor!) To wrap up this crazy, horrible experience, I ended up with none of my medications and 1 month of wasted time with this urgent care! People who deal with chronic disorders can not afford to have their medications messed up and denied for them! And that is exactly what happened to me yesterday! Due to some woman, who could barely speak english, and posed as a doctor, who clearly did not even know what the H*** she was even talking about! I will be reporting this experience! but I wanted to write my review to warn others who might find themselves in the same crazy experience that happened to me. read more

I went to urgent care because I could not hear out of my left ear. I was in misery and one side of my face felt numb. I was not told I would see a physician's assistant. They told me the Dr. would be in to see me. She told me she didn't see any wax but if I wasn't better in a few days to take antibiotics. If that didn't help, I was to see my regular Dr. Long story short -- it turns out I had so much compacted wax in my ear, I couldn't hear. I needlessly took antibiotics for nearly a week. How could a PA not see that much ear wax?! My Dr. was so incensed, she called them to complain and told them she would never recommend that urgent care. I complained and the billing manager told me the bill would be rescinded. Months later that person quit and now I keep getting bills again. I went in to work this out and they refuse to zero out the balance. And, they wouldn't let me talk to the two owners who are Doctors. Save yourself and go somewhere else. read more
