My office is very close to this Fastsigns location and I have used them four or five times over the past few years, both for interior and exterior signage. They have produced a number of different types of signs for me: aluminum for exterior use, rigid plastic and flexible plastic for interior use. All of the signs were produced quickly, are well made and have held up well. I went to this location the first time because of their close proximity, but I keep going back because of their excellent service - I get the same great service whether I'm placing a minimum order or something more expensive. Berry Royal provided me with outstanding customer service throughout the design, production and installation processes for my sign orders. I am based in Mendota Heights, MN and was unable to be on site (at DFW Airport) for any of the project work which required that all project work was accomplished via the telephone and email. Mr. Royal worked with me through the permit process at DFW Airport and took extra steps to ensure that the signs were installed properly when last minute changes arose. FASTSIGNS recently installed my business vehicle graphics - not a full wrap, but cut vinyl letters that stretched the length of the vehicle.
