If you use this location, please make sure that the person behind the counter entered the correct address. My package left this location with the incorrect address. I inquired about the location of said package after 1 week (3days guaranteed) and I was told that drivers don't always scan the packages when they leave because sometimes there are too many. Wait, what? My package was going to a rural address so they somehow figured it out. Oh, and if you have an insurance claim, you have to prove that the package was worth the insurance. With a picture? Wow. Alex and the team at UPS were amazing. I went in today with a box of donation items I was intending to ship. The box was in a sad state. Alex took the extra time to help me get it all taped up properly. And - it turns out the box has to be sent via Fed Ex (which he knew before he helped me). I had quite a bit of fabric I needed to get to CA and I chose to drive to this location from Harry Hines because it got such good reviews. The guy I spoke to at first seemed a little hesitant but when I explained what I needed, he was able to figure out what to do and assured me everything would be okay. I went to this UPS store because I was returning a package to Adidas, I kept the box where my items came in and used it to return the unwanted items (based on instructions). I was told that the box was not going to hold and the man that was there tried to up sell me a new box for 7.00 or 8.00 dollars. I told him no that I just needed some tape, then he told me "my guess is that you are going to need a lot of tape so it will be 3.00 dollars for the tape" needles to say, I laughed and went to another UPS location where they helped me and not tried to rip me off. Unlike many UPS stores, when you drop off a prepaid package, they don't act like you're robbing them. They'll even tape a box shut for you at no charge. My only complaint is that they don't stock supplies for you to do your own overnight letters. read more

Yesterday evening we had the pleasure of dealing with Brianna at this location. After about 15 mins of leaving the store we got a call from her saying that my boyfriend left his wallet at the counter! She graciously offered to hold it and even stay after hours so we can come back and get it. I turned around immediately and rushed back to get it and once I got to the store, I was greeted by a smiling Brianna who was as she as sweet as she could be. I am so thankful for her! I explained that along with credit cards, cash, and his police badge inside, I was more thankful that she caught our mistake because we live a hour away and had plans to leave the state for vacation the following day. She just kept her smile and wished us safe travels. I hope this store realizes what I true blessing they have employed at this store! We are forever thankful for her and her kind heart. read more

I took a large framed print into UPS to have shipped to LA. I was very worried. The print could not be replaced. Sundeep did a amazing job of wrapping the frame in 2boxes with lots of bubble wrap. It arrived in perfect condition. I then took in two framed graduation certificates that I needed to get to LA. Again the frames were wrapped very careful and professionally and they arrived in LA is perfect condition. All that being said I will not every worry about getting the odd shaped items shipped. I am taking the time to write this review because a store that provides such excellent service deserves the kudos. Following my mother's death, I took a standing clock to be shipped to me in Seattle, WA. The clock had small glass shelves, a pendulum and other small pieces on and in it. Mr. Patel and his staff clearly took the utmost care in taking off some of the parts which was necessary in order to properly pack every inch of it for delivery. It arrived in a timely manner and was in perfect condition. Given its sentimental value, I was concerned about leaving the clock in their hands. I was beyond pleased. I am so very grateful.
