This one is near where I live, so I drop in for various services above and beyond shipping. I've done a couple of live scans there, and they do an efficient job. Decent turnaround in and out. Also, I've used their notary service. Again, a decent turnaround time. But, you should call ahead since the notary doesn't work there during the entire day.

When I finally got to the counter, the clerk told me that ONLY the supervisor can access the system to check for a change-of-address/validation letter. Here's the kicker: the supervisor went to lunch at 12:00 PM. I was there at 5:10 PM. That's over 5 hours later, and apparently, the supervisor never bothered to come back to work. No one else was authorized to help me. So my 50-minute wait was a complete waste of time. I understand people need breaks, but abandoning your post for an entire afternoon is inexcusable. If only one person in the entire building has system access, that person needs to be available during business hours. This is a federal service, not a food truck. Complete mismanagement and a total disrespect for customers' time. And this isn't even my first nightmare with this branch. A few years ago, I mailed a check through USPS from the drop box right outside this exact location, and it was stolen. When I went inside to speak with someone, they flat-out told me they can't stop thieves from raiding their mailboxes--even the ones sitting right outside their own office. So they knowingly leave unsecured collection boxes out front, admit they're powerless to protect your mail, and then make you wait nearly an hour just to be told the one person who can help took a five-hour lunch. The entire USPS system is fully compromised.

Jason had quoted a quick turnaround - 2 weeks for a logo re-design and a total of 6 weeks for the web site to go live. 1/31/2023 - received a quote from Jason at Voco Design 2/1/2023 - I accepted the quote and paid my 50% deposit 2/9/2023 - logo re-design delivered and accepted 3/8/2023 - web site mock ups delivered and accepted 4/12/2023 - invoiced for remaining 50% and paid it The following steps is when everything broke down Between May and June of 2023, either myself or Jason was out of town/country, so we could not finalize. 8/2/2023 - Jason requested access to my web hosting server to start uploading. I have not seen any changes to my web site at all. Since then, I have not been able to get a commitment from Jason or his team. Jason has sent me messages saying he was out of town, medical emergencies, etc which I can totally understand and was willing to wait for him. I had called his office and Tom had responded to look into it, but I have now been ignored by Tom as well. As of 2/1/2024 (one year later!!), I have sent an email to Jason and Tom to just close the project. They can refund me some portion of my 100% paid job, but they have not responded. I have changed the password to my web hosting as a precaution. I am willing to call this a loss and mark it as a lesson learned working with design companies. Maybe my company was too small for them, but seems my money was good enough for them

The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

Luckily I was able to find an alternative, dependable printer to meet my deadline. For serious, professional print jobs, I would definitely NOT recommend Rush My Prints.
