The hood of my Toyota Prius flew up into the windshield at 50 MPH shattering the whole windshield, inside & outside. Called John and he showed up the next morning and did an excellent job replacing it, even vacuumed the entire inside of the car of pieces of glass. Best detail job ever! My wife's reaction sums it up "It's an impressive level of clean!" They hit every nook and cranny inside and out, and took extensive care to degrease, scrub, power wash, condition, dry etc every surface of the vehicle. They even had the hood open at one point but I haven't inspected under there yet. We did some serious damage to our clear coat going through the Galena car wash with the roller brushes. The entire car had scratches and swirl marks. We paid extra and Paul buffed the car leaving it looking brand new. He also got some pine sap off that had hardened to the hood and I couldn't remove using my improper methods. Definitely on the splurgey side, but his attention to detail, time spent working on the car, and convenience of not leaving our driveway made it worthwhile. read more

This company arrived at my door on time and ready to go to work on my new car. They detailed the outside, and added a paint protection film on the entire front end to prevent those nasty flying rocks from chipping the paint on my car. The film is invisible. This company did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them. read more

Had 3 vehicles cleaned, detailed and 2 ceramic coated. The cars were at a vacation home so there was the service was done while I was out of town. The cars are clean and coated. However, the property manager found a bear had gotten into the car that was in the driveway. They had left the car unlocked when they finished detailing the car and put the keys back in the garage. Why would you not lock a car after you were done working on it? Why would you not tell me you left the car unlocked so I could have had locked it? Requested Alpine swing by and wipe the front seat where the bear luckily left a mess and no damage. After charging $2,961.25 to clean the cars they want to charge me to wipe down a seat. Maybe they are good at washing cars but I question their judgement in not locking cars and not thinking it's worth wiping down a seat. read more

EXCELLENT!!!! TOP NOTCH! Our large SUV had water spots and I was unable to get rid of them no matter what product I tried. I met by chance Paul, the owner of Alpine Mobile Detail, at a local detail product shop. I explained the issue and he said I needed to get rid of the spots ASAP to prevent damage to the paint. So I booked! He did a fabulous job starting with acid removal, wash, wax, and ceramic coating. Tires were detailed, too. Smallest of details were done. As a gift to my wife, I had her truck detailed by Alpine Mobile Detail. This was a first time for us with Alpine and I think the first time the vehicle had been thoroughly cleaned in the past two years. They arrived on time at our home, and spent the next few hours working over the vehicle and returning it closer to new condition than I thought possible. They showed up to my house on time - even early - and were able to clean my whole 4 Runner, including getting the sap off of the exterior, in about 3 hours.
