All I can say is don't waste your time with these guys. They are terrible at calling you back…read more I went online and requested a call back. They didn't call me back on the day I requested. They finally called me 5 days later. They asked me about my fence and said they would send me an estimate. I waited for 2 weeks but no estimate. I sent them a message and asked for an update. It's been over a week since then, but no response! It has been almost a month, and I still haven't gotten an estimate. Just imagine how long for these guys to install a fence. By the way, they are only open three days a week (M, W, F), and they close at 4:00pm. I decided to give 2 stars, rather than 1, just because they called me back once (5 days late). Otherwise, I give them an F grade. Please do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with these guys. ***************************** If you found something useful in my review, please hit "useful" so that I can improve my reviews. Carl and his crew did an excellent job replacing our original wooden fence and repairing our…read moreneighbors two sections. The work included the fabrication of two large personnel gates and the removal of a large tree limb. Personnel walking by have commented that the fence is attractive. The custom square 2 inch x 2 inch x 3/8 inch lattice top is very attractive. We specified 2 x2 vs standard 2.5 x 2.5 inches for privacy and Carl custom fabricated it in his shop at no additional cost. Wood comes from a local Deming, WA area mill where it is custom milled. The custom Cedar vertical slats are a full 3/4 inch thick. The 6 X 6 pressure treated posts that I specified make the fence very strong and all structural framework is pressure treated wood. The company is very fair in pricing any extras that may come up during construction such as changing from the 4 x 4 posts to 6 x6 posts.

Not about services provided but being employed by them. Had my interview and was hired with an…read moreagreement for a hire wage that the owner did not hold up to. 8 years doing carpentry and being able to perform tasks with satisfaction. Toxic work environment, they like to belittle and bully you and when you put your foot down and set boundaries "You're the problem ". Unprofessional employees leave a mess that you clean up and they will blame you to cover up after themselves. Clients were all happy with me with negative comments about others. Other employee tried to do the minimum thinking I didn't know what was going on, leaving me to do the paperwork after each job and at the end of the day and unloading material and tools at the shop. Sending me to get materials and when I got back nothing was done and owner would ask why we were behind and blame me. They took advantage of an elderly client and did half the work and pocketed the rest of the money when the paperwork did mention replacing all and not some and they ignored me. They stole and never returned my $300 nail gun and there employee just had the habit of grabbing tools that weren't his (mine) and start putting them away in different spots of the company van instead of asking but he knew than to put them away in my personal tool boxes. Unfortunately towards the end of my employment I didn't think nothing of it until we were needing some of the supplies for our tools but things kept coming up missing and I have a great memory. Especially with all the unnecessary extra work the other employee had me do, I was picking up the supplies myself so I know every item we had for it to magically disappear. For me it's obvious who was stealing. Denying my sick time when I needed it but giving it to other employees is something I wouldn't call legal. This was back in 2024 and even in 2026 the frustration doesn't stop. Committing illegal actions by refusing a copy of my W2 which he's required to hold onto for a minimum of 3 years for the IRS. Trying to charge me $100 fee to get it. Withholding those federal documents when those documents were sent to him and did not mail it to me. The 3rd party who handles that for this company did it by email that same day and 2 weeks later I should have gotten it. I did not, and they were baffled because it doesn't make sense if he received by email after we spoke. They mentioned they have spoke to him about this before and he needs to stop doing that. Because it was sensitive information they couldn't send it to me directly but after I followed up at that 2 weeks mark, and did a run around about the situation they decided it was best to just send it to me directly through email and in those few mins I had my W2. I'm buying a home now in 2026 and there's just employment verifications the lender needs to do since we're about to close. They told me he's being difficult and flat out refusing to give any information to them about me working there. The lender was being fair and firm with the owner, but the owner made it clear he wasn't going to give them anything. Glad the lender was able to document the incident if he try's to turn the story around in the future. One thing I learned in life is if you aren't truly a genuine person the ugly truth will come out. These are the things that come out behind closed doors that his clients don't get to see.
