One of your employees said he would let me rewash at no charge, however, it was late and I have other things that I need to tend to so I opted not to do that and waste another 30 minutes. He indicated that he could not refund my money but that I could call the owner. He gave me a business card. If you can physically see that something is still DRY as a bone in areas of the garment or blankets/sleeping bag do the right thing and allow your staff to refund my money on my credit card. I'm not trying to scam the system, you can see when a customer shows you the dry spots. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops and wait to speak with the owner to get refunded on our credit card for services that clearly don't work as they are intended.
