I called Premium cabinets and Stephen was out here the very next day, he took measurements and we went over what I wanted. Within a few days I received the estimate and I was pleasantly surprised. Once agreed I met with Briana who helped me design an even better kitchen than what I already had and well that one was already great. She really listened to my needs in the kitchen then suggested and gave me some really great ideas and we ended up with the perfect little kitchen! As we all know, there aren't any remodels without some sort of hiccup but Briana was always quick to respond and have it fixed even after they were done. She was an angel through this whole ordeal. One was easier to see but was very dirty from being outside so couldn't be inspected for damages. The other was sandwiched in between multiple other slabs so you could only see the top 5 inches or so of a 5'x 4' slab. But they wouldn't move it out to see unless you guaranteed to buy one of them (which you couldn't see) with a $100 deposit. So to see the slab, it will cost you $100. If there is damage or the colors don't match your tile (which I had in hand to match), you're out $100? For checking? I've been to numerous stone places throughout the inland empire and in OC and have never come across this policy. Interesting indeed.

I came inside this store, and of course, the front is very small. It had display sinks and drawers. About four employees had desks with computers to help patrons with their orders. Someone quickly asked for my order number, and swiftly brought out my shelves. Brownie points because he also carried the shelves out to my car and put them in the trunk for me! It was very nice of him because I didn't ask for help; I could have easily carried the shelves myself because it was light enough.
