I am totally impressed with Arizona Tile! Walked in Saturday afternoon to check out materials for our new outdoor kitchen. Not only did they have bunches of stuff to choose from, but WOW...what a great selection of quality products they have. The Team Member that helped us, Samatha, was so sweet, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the different materials we were looking at. We did not order the materials during our visit, but now know what we want. I decided to go to Arizona Tile in Ontario to look for porcelain tile since I'm renovating my shower. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with their showroom. They have a great selection of tiles and a great set up. What made me write this review though was Laura's excellent customer service. During our first visit to Arizona Tile, Samantha was very patient and helpful. We were clueless and overwhelmed having never selected tile before. Finally, following pipe replacement that resulted in the necessary tearing of then existing industrial carpeting right down the middle of the floor, the kitchen in my California home has been greatly renovated and all flooring replaced! Typhoon Bordeaux granite was selected for our countertop, and looks great in place, set off by Concerto Sand Glossy ceramic tile backsplash and Antique White grout. Diane and I went to this Arizona Tile location four times before finalizing our choices. Each time we were helped by friendly and knowledgeable staff members on site. In the back, one arranged for the hoisting of granite slabs with a forklift for us to be able to clearly view and select the most desirable lot. And a designer in front suggested helpful backsplash and grout ideas. If the need ever arises for us to install more ceramic tile or granite in California, Arizona Tile will be the first place I will turn. read more

I am so disappointed. We bought Quartzite as we were told that it's better than quartz and is low maintenance. We have only had it a month or so and it's a sponge. If anything has the slightest bit of grease it will soak it in and water rings appear quickly. Thankfully the water stains fade but the grease is a keeper. I'm so upset as this was a very expensive purchase. read more

When my husband and I decided to finally renovate our kitchen and baths, Arizona Tile was our go-to place for tile and slabs. It has an amazing tile and flooring showroom plus a ginormous slab warehouse in the rear where one can see every kind of quartz and natural stone there must be. From quartz to granite, from marble to quartzite (yeah, splurge a little!), they stock and display literally tons of gorgeous works of God's creation. When we first walked in to the slab part and saw the amazing variety and beauty of nature in stone, I almost burst into tears. It's like a museum of natural gorgeousness. Next, I cannot recommend Art, the main slab salesman, highly enough. The other main man is super nice and awesomely helpful, too, but I can't recall his name, sorry. Somehow we ended up mostly with Art. He has been so very helpful and informative, super dedicated to his job and quietly friendly, not pushy in the least. I also want to mention how unendingly patient he's been with our (okay, MY, LOL) many changes of mind! How do you decide between so much beauty, for what you want to take home and put into your living spaces? Art will be your "tour guide" through this incredible universe, and in the end, he will make sure you have exactly what you want. Third, John in Tile and Flooring is friendly, informative, and very helpful, as well. He pointed out several things we wouldn't have thought of in that department, which saved us from making some significant mistakes. Finally, don't hesitate. We have a whole house project and finding all of our finishes has been both an overwhelming and frustrating process. We've been to the "Anaheim tile district" and "Upland tile district" more times that we can count. Though you can find some good deals at those locales, in my opinion, they have WAY too many options to choose from. I know that sounds counterintuitive, but it's true. Let's say you find floor tile you like, well they'll have 52 variations of that same look, at 10 locations, with 5 different quality levels and 10 different prices. It makes it very difficult to make a final decision. So now fast forward to our visit to Arizona Tile in Ontario. They have a beautiful showroom with more than enough of the options you'd want. Just the right amount in my opinion. They had the exact look we were trying to achieve in all of our various spaces. Also, they only carry high quality material, so you don't have to wonder about that. So all you have to worry about is picking the colors/material you want and you are good to go. No second guessing or having to cross shop with five other stores. I found their pricing to be on par with those other locations I mentioned. These are reasons enough that you should go to Arizona Tile. But besides all of that, the MAIN reason you should go to Arizona Tile is the vast amount of assistance you'll receive in making your decisions. The entire staff has been so helpful to us in the past several weeks. The location showroom manager, Diane, is simply fantastic. She is super knowledgeable and professional, but also a joy to be around with work with. She helped navigate us through 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, laundry room, multiple linen areas, and more. My teen daughters were even involved in picking some of the finishes and she was beyond patient working with them and going over all the options. We quickly got our spaces 80% nailed down in our very first visit. The final 20% was finalized over the next two weeks as we were simply sleeping on the some of the choices and going back to Diane with a few last minute changes. Every time we asked for a new idea, or a change to be made, she was super accommodating and helpful. Diane and her staff should be commended on how great they do their jobs. Great customer service still exists! Lastly, I'd like to add that in our search for the perfect marble slabs, we also visited their locations in Anaheim and Murietta. The staff at both of those locations were also very helpful and in the end; they helped us secure the perfect looking slabs for our project. We had been looking for a specific tile for our kitchen backsplash. We went to every Ma' n Pa' place around and found it at only a few. We were told it would take about a week to arrive in house. I pass Arizona tile all the time and thought I would give it a try. I was skeptical since it is a large chain and I figured their prices would be much higher. I was proved wrong! Not only did they have the tile we wanted and in stock that day, they offered it in different shades at a great price! I was happy to see so many displays when I walked in. The showroom was clean and inviting. Kristin helped me right away. She was super helpful and friendly and walked me through some options. Teo was awesome at the counter. He rang me up quickly and answered all my questions. I even had (1) unopened box leftover, so I was able to return it and Teo helped me again. I was sent here by my contractor who does business with Arizona tile. He is working with me to remodel our kitchen and there are many decisions that need to be made. It is a beautiful showroom. Inside are tile displays, a wall full of gorgeous granite samples, a model kitchen and model baths. And walls of beautiful tile work. A goodly amount to see, sufficient to inspire the interior decorator in all of us, from stylized early traditional to European, Italian, to the ultra modern. But after you have thoroughly drooled all over yourself, gather your wits. Keep walking... walking... walking towards the back until you turn a corner to reach the big order desk. Behind are the big windows where you will see their massive warehouse of huge slabs of granite, marble, as well as a nice large display of the Samsung Radianz line, a recycled quartz product (which I was interested in using for my kitchen countertop). My only regret, they do not carry any other brands of recycled stone products. Interesting place. Nice inventory. read more

Had a very bad experience, sent my clients in to Arizona Tile thinking they would protect my contractor pricing, boy was I wrong. My customers weren't even priced at retail they got under my cost, not sure how Arizona Tile wants us small contractors/ business supporting them if there not allowing us to make some kind of money off the materials. I mean we not getting rich from tile sales but at least let us cover our time and gas I need to make a little something off the top especially in these times of inflation. There only a hand full of tile stores left that still protect our trade prices, unfortunately Arizona Tile isn't one of them, so if you want a deal right off the gate go to Arizona, and any contractors/ tile dealers stores don't even bother sending your clients directly, make sure you get your own samples and private label them. Arizona Tile doesn't see all the long hours we put In behind the scenes to make these order's happen. read more

I am not a contractor nor have I ever installed tile before. I'm just a DIY'er with a plan to completely renovate our master bathroom. I watched hours of YouTube videos then set out to buy shower tile and waterproofing system. Most tile shops came in two flavors; high pressure or we don't care. I was feeling overwhelmed. Then, I happened into Arizona Tile. Their sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. They explained all of my options, handed me lots of samples, and never pressured me to buy. When I asked about water proofing systems and they sent me to Josh in customer service. I told Josh I had no experience and loads of questions. Josh said, "no problem". He spent a hour with me that day showing me products and answering all of my question. I waked into Arizona Tile feeling frustrated and walked out feeling confident that I could tackle my bathroom remodel. I had several more trips, texts, and phone calls to the customer service department and was always made to feel like I was their most important customer. I love Arizona Tile in Anaheim where I selected a beautiful Brazilian granite for my countertops. Carrie, the designer in the showroom, was amazing. She selected a beautiful honed marble for the backsplash and designed a lovely coordinating inset for over my cooktop. She also found the perfect porcelain plank for my flooring. She was very patient, put me at ease, listened to the colors I liked and didn't like, answered my questions and put everything together. Their showroom is so well organized that I didn't feel the typical overwhelming feeling that I've felt when I've visited other showrooms the past few months. They have exquisite tiles for counters, walls and flooring. I have to mention everyone I met at the slab yard, especially Chase, who helped me with the final selection. The staff are super helpful, but just make sure you are aware that the price they tell you is not the price the contractor has to pay for the slabs. The guy was honest about the pricing difference and was willing to hold our slabs while our contractor called and got the final price. Our quartzite countertops are going to look gorgeous in the kitchen, but I felt like their quartz selection was a bit lackluster (maybe it was our fault at looking at the quartzite first). read more

They are dishonest. We overpurchased tile for our kitchen. When we returned it, we were told there was a restocking fee, but that if we drove it out to the warehouse ourselves (about a 30-minute drive) that they would waive the restocking fee. So we did. But once we got to the warehouse, they said they would not waive the restocking fee. The guy at the store said, basically, "Oops" and he offered to give us a "deal" on tile when we redid the bathrooms. We are now getting ready to redo three bathrooms, but there is no way we are going back there. read more

I can't really review much about the store other than they were helpful. I was deciding between Silver Lennon and Breckenridge granites,very similar. The workers took both slabs out side by side so we could see them. I wish the lighting in the warehouse was better.
