Contacted again after receiving no response after 30 days and was then told that Fluent and API had severed their business relationship and I would need to call API and that I can find their number by going to their website. I've never had contact with API while being a customer of Fluent. Thanks to Fluent's total lack of communication and customer care, I now have to pay for another month of service with a company I want nothing to do with. Avoid BOTH companies. They're both horrible.

I refused, and when I tried to contact them to make sure I would no longer wanted the service, which I sent daily starting 7/16, they ghosted me. I called the company today, and again, they kept trying to sell me a continuation their service, refusing to take no for an answer. She went so far as to ask if there was another family member who could take over the contract, seeming to imply that I'm not competent to handle my own affairs. She claims that I never asked to have my service and payments for it discontinued, so they will charge me for another month. When I asked for sn email that gives me written confirmation of my request and end of service, she told me I had to call another number. Surprise! It goes directly to voicemail and I've gotten no return call. Thus is a company that should be avoided at all costs. They provide terrible service and customer service, and are basically committing highway robbery.

I had one of their employees driving especially aggressively, crossing multiple lanes, and nearly cause an accident, in the last half an hour. My bumper was bare inches from their company vehicle. Tried to call them to talk about it, and there was no one there to deal with this kind of issue. And so, I will not ever be using or recommending this company. I'm medical. I deal in safety for people. And this attitude indicates that their intent and attitude does not match the purpose of their company.

During our last inspection in October, 2025, a leak was detected in our backflow system. It took me…read moremonths to find a company that had the expertise to fix the problem. A few companies wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just to take a look at it and assess the situation! Noa had me send photos of the leak, reviewed the issue over the phone with me and even reached out to the inspector to discuss. Then he came out to look at the system without charging us for the visit. Once he figured out the problem, he ordered the parts and had it fixed within a couple weeks. This is a horrible sales SCAM. My employee had no idea that they should not be there and allowed them to look at my BRAND NEW fire extinquisher that was placed. When I heard them talking, I went out to see why they were here and told them that I had already had my "inspection" for the year, and only the fire department did inspections.
