They cleaned up everything before they left and even recommended what type of cleaner I should use on them. They were thoughtful, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make! Called Plastic Specialties and they were out to look at it within the hour. Without hesitation offered to replace the entire countertop. Called me that afternoon, and said he could take out the defective one and install the new one the very next working day. So impressed with a company that backs their product without hesitation.
