9 years with Alpine Home Medical. It was good and smooth for a few years however they have reached the top of the roller coaster, it is going downhill fast. It worked great when you could log in and order. Sometimes companies think if they change the way business is ran it will be better. This change was a bust. Talking to others about CPAP supply companies they order from the story is the same. Customer service pointed out everything the Doctor and I have done wrong. Customer service does not follow up, they won't even reply back to me answering their text in a timely manner or at all. Could I suggest replacing them with AI. Don't use this company! They are rude! They overcharge! They are unorganized and can't tell you about supplies and the costs. They say they can't give you information. I asked for Karen's supervisor and she refused to give me her supervisors name or information! I think this company is taking advantage of customers! O RATING! Company is disjointed. Support seems only interested in getting off the phone! Unfortunately, they are who my insurance uses.

Service seemed good before I signed on with them for a CPAP. Then service went dramatically downhill - extremely disappointed.

Customer service is probably one of the worst things about them, no one cares, they don't go the extra mile or even just do your basic job. Just try and get something shipped, day 1, fire all customer service except maybe 1 or 2, start over, this company will not make it much longer, look somewhere else read more

I encourage anyone reading this to never rent or buy from Alpine Home Medical. I had an ankle reconstruction surgery earlier this year. I decided to rent a knee scooter from this discriminatory establishment. I had the knee scooter for 2 months and 4 days at which point I returned it back to Alpine Home Medical. I paid for 2 months and at the point of return I asked the person I returned it to if I had any additional charges. They specifically told me that the bill was paid in full and that the 4 days was not going to be an issue. I have since been harassed with texts and emails telling me I owe $100 for a full month. When I called Customer Service the guy I spoke to said they wouldn't budge and I had to pay $100. Yes, it's only $100 however I am on a fixed income and I am disabled and even without that nobody should be treated the way I was by the customer service rep and more specifically the smug and rude manager that I ended up speaking to. have never seen a person treated this way by Customer Service. I wish I would've asked for their names, but I am old and forgetful. This over four days that should've been prorated or heck I would've paid for a week. We'll see how this continues. read more

I have rented an oxygen concentrator from Alpine for around 3 years now. I am 71 years old and I have always prided myself all my life in paying my bills on time every time but each month I receive a statement with 'Past Due' on it from this company eventhough it is not. They have always been paid by the second day after I receive their original statements. I'm not sure how they can send out a statement with a Past Due notice on it when in fact they send those monthly statements out around 5 days before the actual due date. They also send a Past Due text message several days before it is actually due.. how does that work other than it's simply called harrasment. Are they just assuming that your payment is going to be late.. and if that's not enough to tick someone off, they usually send another Past Due statement the day before or on the actual due date. After 3 years they must know by now that they've always received my payments without delay and so why all the false past due statements? I can see it if a customer is always late but I am not and so that certainly does not help their customer relations. Because of my health I must have the oxygen concentrator but I am so tired of all the unjustified harassing statements and text messages from their over aggressive billing department which actually worsens my health from all the stress and their supposedly there to help people with their health needs. read more

Did not let us know verbally that lift chairs could not be returned after they left the showroom. We are now stuck with an expensive chair my husband cannot safely use. He slides out of it ,they told me on the phone other people have had the same problem . . read more

Seems extremely disorganized cannot get a straight answer from anyone. They say equipment will fit without trying it one the patient.

Miscommunication or no communication on billing seems to be a common occurrence with these guys. "We will take care of it" then it turns out you have to track down all the need information-they help with nothing! But they tell you that they will contact your doctor and then they don't!!! So then you start getting harassed by their billing department for payment and you don't know why because you thought it was handled! Beware! read more

Prices were 1/3 of what the doctor charges me for in his in office braces and waking boots.

I called ahead of time to see if they carried any arm slings, and they said they have them in three different sizes. I had to take Uber to get there and was looking forward to getting a sling for my son. When I got there and asked the lady who works there, and went to the the back to check, and when she returned, she stated they were out! I was so upset. I should have gotten the guy's name that told me they had it. But the Uber driver was very kind to take me to where we could find one! We finally found on at Walgreens! You can never go wrong with Walgreens! Thank you to the Uber driver for saving the day read more

CALL PETERSEN MEDICAL INSTEAD!!!!! I walked into the store with a RX and gave them a copy of my insurance card. They said they had to ask my Dr. a question and I would receive my medical equipment the next day. By 4:30 pm the next day they said they had no record of my name or an order from my dr. when I gave them his prescription. Called Petersen Medical and received what I needed delivered to my house in a couple of hours. read more
