My review is based solely on my interaction and not on any work I had done, I'm new to Saint George and wanted find a good upholsterer, I have 12 high end Poker chairs I need re-upholstered, I also needed my office chair back re-upholstered and figured I would use that as a test run, Brandon looked at it and quoted an hourly rate instead of a fixed price, he said his sewing machine would be hard on it and it would take at least 2 weeks, I clearly got the feeling he didn't want to do it and so I never returned. I then found a smaller shop, nice old guy who did it for $60 and had it done in one day, I'll be taking my 12 chairs to him... I rarely am satisfied when it comes to services in Southern Utah. These guys are stars. They installed new seat bottoms and a Katskin leather interior in my Dodge truck. They were quick, adhered to the appointment, and were polite. Their workmanship was excellent. I will return with additional future builds. I am glad to have found them. read more

Nick the current owner: First of all, he lied to me on the cost to do my seat repair. Original quote was $45.00. I brought in my own new leather seat cover in which he told me he needed my truck all day!! Called me within two hours stating it was ready: Yes, if you want to be dissatisfied with his Botch job!! Secondly, charge me $60.00, I question him on his quote; That was the day before I brought it there for the repair. I paid the $60.00: He told me that I could bring it back on Fri. 5/30/25. He then told me it would be another $60.00 for him to make the corrections. I hope he felt the PAIN when I didn't return!!!!! read more

The center consul on my 2017 Ford fusion had already start to crack from where I had rested my arm during driving, I took my car in and the staff removed the armrest for me, they completed the repair within two days and reinstalled the armrest in my car, when I got in my car and saw the armrest I was so impressed that it looked like an identical match, with more padding! They did an outstanding job matching the color and the look and it's even better than the original equipment, I would highly recommend them to anyone, I was very impressed with their craftsmanship! Brandon & the team at Upholstry Doctor are amazing! I was traveling, and had been given Brandon's mobile by a friend. He picked up my call after hours, and was kind enough to see me at 8am the next morning, as I told him I was leaving town. He team (sorry, can't remember the names of those who helped me ) was super helpful & worked me in ASAP... They had to remove the driver's seat from a fully packed SUV, and fixed the torn seat immaculately! I can't see the repair, and it's as good as new;) Mercedes had told me I needed to have the entire seat re-upholstered! I saved hundreds of dollars, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! In fact, my friend who picked me up whilst my car was being serviced is now using the Upholstry Doctor to repair her priceless Eames chair... which speaks volumes in and of itself ;) read more

I found this store on line because I had bought outdoor furniture from a store that had it as a floor model....last one available anywhere. Super comfortable so I felt I had to buy them. The white cushions were a little dirty from being on display but the dry cleaner couldn't help me, so I called to see about new fabric. They had a million to choose from and were great about getting them done ! Added a zipper which they didn't have originally. Mostly waterproof they said and it's true !! read more

I would highly recommend them only IF: 1) you don't care how long it takes 2) you must call them repeatedly to get your price quote, update, etc. 3) you don't receive a receipt for the items you drop off 4) every time you call, you need to describe your items and hope they don't have similar items since you don't have a receipt with an item number or some type of identifier for your items. read more

Referred to Brandon by dad who had a good experience. Unfortunately, he seriously blotched my car job by patching leather with vinyl, and it wasn't even the same color! It didn't match at all. He blamed my husband for picking the wrong color. How about he does his job and looks up the name of the leather by make and model of car? I had the backseat redone a few years ago, and that whole seat was only $200 to do the OEM leather for a perfect match. I told him the exact name of the leather that the car takes, but I shouldn't have had to. This joker charged $250 after putting in vinyl and then when I said it looked awful, he said he could do leather for another $150... what? So I have to pay more to have it done the way it should have been done from the start? Instead of making it right, he insults my car? If I were driving a BMW like my dad, he would have used leather, but since my car's a Mercury, it shouldn't have leather replace leather... it should be downgraded to vinyl patches? What is wrong with this kid? I should have known based on what a pigsty his shop is that he doesn't give a damn about appearances, including how his work looks in your car! Save yourself time and a lot of headache. Go somewhere else. If he handled himself with the least bit of customer focus, I wouldn't have even bothered to give this review, but he was a jerk about the whole thing, so people ought to have fair warning. read more
