Alpine roofing put a new roof on my garage/workshop last week and I was extremely impressed with their work and their professionalism. They gave me a very competitive price and explain all they were going to do and why. They also gave me options as to different ways to do the job and costs. However, They did not try to upsell me, no pressure to do more than I wanted. Much appreciated and a rare thing these days! I was able to watch the workers go about their business occasionally during the two days they were here and unlike other companies that I have had do work for me in the past, the Alpine roofers were very nice, clean, polite, no loud yelling or swearing and just pleasant to have around our house and neighborhood. Let me give a little advise from one business owner to the next. Having someone extend a middle finger and yell obscenities out the window because others don't break the law, and speed, go as fast as you, or drive like a maniac, all while driving that red truck plastered with your logo is ill advised. I find that extremely unprofessional, especially when my kids are in the car to witness and question. To me, that is a direct result of how your company is run, and how you treat your (potential) customers. Next time someone doesn't move out of your way fast enough, perhaps obey the law, and wait your turn to pull out into rush hour traffic instead of going around in an unsafe manner yelling with your finger extended out the window. So I just wanted to share my experience with Alpine roofing. I knew I had a problem with my roof it was 20 years old and starting to leak in the garage. The guy that originally put the roof on is no longer in business so I called Alpine and They sent a sales guy out to inspect the roof. He explained The problem with my roof was that there was not enough venting on the soffits as a result heat built up and delaminated plywood and the shingles wore prematurely. He was also the only roofer that went into the attic to inspect Inside. They sent a crew out these guys did a phenomenal job replaced all my bad insulation and put on the nicest roof in my neighborhood. read more

For over 30 years we have used this company.Every time we moved we ran into issues with work that was done by previous owner. We had ventilation redone on all homes, including adding insulation one of our houses. The basement was full of mold, and we had to have the existing walls torn down and redone. Someone put plastic down there, and it blocked moisture. Nobody else could even identify any other problems. The good thing about Alpine roofing.. is that is not all about the shingles. It's about pitch, venting, gutters, etc. Alpine roofing has years of experience and if you take their advice on repair/replacement, you will be fully satisfied. They are also more than willing to get to the root cause of failures. I have had them replace one roof already and now on a new home, they've identified why I get ice jams and how to prevent them. Joe is extremely good at explaining the entire process of the roof installation. He has made sure to list out all of the costs, and allowed small deposits to get started. He uses products that carry labor and material warranties, which is reassuring he does the job right the first time. Alpine did a complete reroofing job on our house. The crew was very professional and did a great job. The weather was not nice but they got it done and did a great clean up. Our old (22 years old) roof had problems and the ventilation was not correct. We are completely happy with the new roof. It was not cheap, however, but you get what you pay for and we feel that it was worth it. read more
